I'm about as regular as someone that lives in Texas can be... come in a couple times a qtr. It's never fast service but wow... guys... I counted 8 people working and 6 customers at the bar once a party of 3 cleared out. I came for pizza to go and a beer while I wait; something I look forward to when I'm in town. Waited 25/ 30 minutes for someone to ask what I wanted to order... sitting in the Front spot at the bar. Didn't happened. Ordered a pizza on phone...
