Pho is overly sweet with overwhelming cinnamon. Rice wrap rolls are heavy on noodles and light in shrimp. Vermicelli bowls are heavy on noodles. The beef and chicken is bland in the bowl as well. If you need a Viet fix come here, otherwise just drive to denver

It’s hard to give this place a bad review because I genuinely think it is the better pho in the area but the service is terrible. Came in for a to go order and was told 15 minute wait. 30 minute later I’m told sorry I dropped your food. I can make it fast. How about just hiring a second server so one person isn’t working 20 customers.

Pho broth a little on the sweet side, but they do have chili oil to add heat to balance it out. Fried dumplings also great. Staff were friendly. Would go again if I’m in the area.
I came here tonight, a regular costumer, I eat with the owner’s two little baby sons, they’re so sweet. I rarely leave reviews but I must say this restaurants has never failed to astound me. I bring everyone I possibly can here, and no pho can compare. The waiter/ waitress over the years (I’ve been coming since I was a high schooler, I’m 26 now) are always so nice. However, there is one waiter who has been here since I first found this place Mike, or as I call him Uncle Mike. He’s a great guy, and always has a smile on his face. He’s super nice, and I can always count on him to provide the best service to this beautiful restaurant. If the owner is reading this, I hope you’re doing well, and I hope the kids and the wife are well! I’m back off to college today, more aerospace engineering. I hope to see you all for Christmas!

Great chill spot, always my go to for a nice warm bowl of pho after a long day of skiing. Very nice staff although service is not too quick so dont come in a hurry. Come to enjoy great food in a nice relaxed environment!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The assistant manager is rude, has awful customer service and has lost a good regular local customer.
I used to order pickup regularly (I will not after tonight) and there have been several times where the Thai basil is missing often I call and let them know without any offering off apologies they just state you can come back for some. Tonight I actually got my winter clothes back on drove back only to be questioned, belittled and then shoved out the door.
I would like my 20% gratuity I left on a pick up order because your service does not deserve a penny.
The pho is just alright here as well, just our only option in the Vail Valley. Just shameful.
