PHO BAY in Avon is a wonderful spot for delicious Vietnamese food. The pho is flavorful with fresh ingredients and rich broth, and the portions are generous. Their menu has a good variety of dishes beyond pho as well, and everything tastes authentic and satisfying. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the service is quick, making it a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and a great place to enjoy a warm bowl of pho. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Avon!

The boba is worth the trip!
Anytime I am going through Vail/Avon I make it a point to stop at Pho Bay. The Pho comes fast and is always amazing. While the food is great I really enjoy the service. The staff is really friendly and appreciates their customers which seems to be a lost art in most restaurants these days.

Ordered a $19.99 chicken fried rice. The chicken is rubber and some pieces are hot while others are cold. I will not return here.

Please don’t order the $20 fried rice. Worst I’ve ever had. Server did nothing about it after I explained how bad it was. Fried rice is one of the easiest dishes to get right.

Make no mistake. This restaurant has good staff that attend and care about their patrons. But we need to discuss the elephant in the room.
Our experience was impacted by detergent in the soup. I believe this is a rare and once of a month issue, but it is something I can’t let go.
With the food, we ordered the P18 X-Large, Shrimp Spring Rolls, a pineapple boba and a hot sake.
The Pho tasted akin to a Walmart single meal microwaved. Definitely powdered broth over a traditional broth. The noodles shared the same issue. Boxed, not made.
The veggies were fresh and cleaned properly and the protein content will not disappoint anyone. Juicy fall apart tendon. Flavorful meatballs sliced for sharing. Good rare with excellent marbling and a brisket with the perfect amount of fat and lean meat.
Boba was solid and is definitely underpriced for the flavor and quality.
The spring rolls were overpriced and more or less lacking. But we won’t ignore the peanut sauce being suitable.
All in all, we want to reiterate. The service was phenomenal. But there’s a little work to be done. Some polishing here, some considerations with the broth. It will be a 5 star experience that people should invest time, money and memories with.

This place saved my family from high altitude sickness. First time in Colorado, and those altitudes and long rides were definitely not fun. This place is located right next to a walmart in a small shopping center. The food was delicious, and the service was great. It is family run. Their little boy was even in the corner, watching cartoons on the ipad. Their small bowls of Pho are pretty big, so if you're not too hungry, go with a small. Also, they close for an hour 3pm-4pm so be mindful of that.
Nice Bar. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is great and so was the service.
Nontraditional tasting pho broth, no depth of flavor, overly sweet. Disappointing.
Delicious food and excellent service! The fried fish was crispy and flavorful, and the staff was warm and attentive. Highly recommend 👍
For those who are not familiar with pho, I think it will be okay. It's hot, with enough meat and noodles. However, those who really love pho might notice a very weak broth, reinforced with MSG bouillon cubes. Sorry.
