Anytime I am going through Vail/Avon I make it a point to stop at Pho Bay. The Pho comes fast and is always amazing. While the food is great I really enjoy the service. The staff is really friendly and appreciates their customers which seems to be a lost art in most restaurants these days.
This place saved my family from high altitude sickness. First time in Colorado, and those altitudes and long rides were definitely not fun. This place is located right next to a walmart in a small shopping center. The food was delicious, and the service was great. It is family run. Their little boy was even in the corner, watching cartoons on the ipad. Their small bowls of Pho are pretty big, so if you're not too hungry, go with a small. Also, they close for an hour 3pm-4pm...
