So unfortunate that this is in the ‘prime’ heart location of st James place in Beaver Creek. The service is atrocious. The ladies at the front are so BOTHERED by your presence. How dare we ask for decaf coffee!! Second, this place is friggin DISGUSTING! Crumbs, dust, dirt. This place hasn’t been cleaned in probably months. Lastly, they put piping hot drinks in plastic cups. Anywhere but here. Do not come here.

Creo que las 2 chicas que atienden ahí odian su trabajo. Pésima actitud, groseras, quieren servirte lo que ellas quieren y te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor. Las crepas no son tan buenas como para además tenerlas que soportar a ellas. Me atendieron hoy 9 de enero a las 6:30pm, espero que haya algún manager que pueda atender esto.

I have visited 3 times in the last 3 days. There is a girl who has worked all three times that is extremely rude. Tonight we asked for strawberries on the side of our crepe so we could give them to our 1 year old but she just threw them on top anyways. When you’re paying BC prices for a crepe, it should be made how you ask them to make it, and the people should act like they actually want to work there. Tried calling and it’s a voicemail that’s full. I’ll be by tomorrow to let a manager know.

If you are a family with allergies this place is amazing. Two out of the four people in our family have dairy allergies and we don’t get to experience ice cream at cute shops. Here we could because they had SO many dairy free/allergy free options! Thank you for making such a fun experience and core memory happen for our family!
