We stopped here on our way back to Denver and were thrilled with the food. The line was long (obviously it's a popular spot), so there was a bit of a wait, but the workers were friendly and going as fast as they could to get everyone their food. It ended up being well worth the wait. The chips were fresh, perfectly salted, and paired wonderfully with the zesty salsa. The breakfast burritos were packed with flavor and super filling. Will definitely be going here again next time we're in the area!

I am a self-employed worker, and on my last day in Vail, I made a very important sale. That same day, I had already eaten at Rocky Mountain Taco, and since I was a regular customer, I spoke with Mr. Eric, who was working at the time, and asked for his help. I explained that my client was nearby but running late, and I wouldn’t be able to deliver my product in person. I asked if he could simply hand it over to my client when they arrived.
I made it very clear to Mr. Eric that he should only deliver the product once the client had sent me the payment. He agreed to this. Additionally, I shared with him how important this sale was to me—I was saving money to take care of my grandmother, who was gravely ill. I trusted him. To show my appreciation, I even offered him a small bonus for his help. We exchanged contact information, and I waited.
In the end, Eric stole from me. He handed over my product before I received the payment. My client never paid me, and Eric blocked my number shortly after. After hours of desperation—calling, messaging, and trying to get answers—I finally learned that my client had actually paid, but Eric kept the money.
At my most vulnerable moment, believing in the honesty of a place where I had been a loyal customer, I pleaded for help. I was desperate, trying to secure money for my grandmother’s medical care. In the end, she passed away.
I wouldn’t have written this review, but I put my trust in this place, only to realize too late that I had put my beloved grandmother’s well-being in the wrong hands. What is the value of a service if there is no honesty—if it costs a life?

Had 5 great selections for fillings. Great value and great service.
I arrived at the taco stand after they closed; I asked if they anything left, Jeremy and Ben fixed me up with Alambre Tacos, a huge chicken burrto and chips and guacamole. This was all 10 minutes after they closed. The food was beyond great. Jeremy and Ben have a great sense of humor. The next morning I got one of their breakfast burritos; I'm hooked. I'll need another 2-3 visits before going home. If you can't find anything to eat ay Rocky Mountain Taco; you'd starve to death in a grocery store. Jimmy Cameron
