Place is on point and a must stop after riding Bever Creek. Good is always hot and fresh plus the home made salsas, they have every spice level! Service is always friendly and genuine and I love sitting at the tables they have set out side after a day of riding and looking up at the mountain whether it’s snow or shine! Thanks RMT!

Best taco from a truck I think I ever had! Found this gem out and adventuring in Avon. Staff was so friendly and chatty that was meant to be a twenty minute meal turned into an entire afternoon adventure! I really wish this truck was around more! But I am tracking them on the socials and my retired bum will take the drive wherever to get this quality level of tacos! Corn tortillas = TO DIE FOR!

Ola Carnitas, where have you been all my life! Last summer I discovered my favorite burrito....please do not stop anywhere else if you are seeking a best bite! This little known food truck packs a load of powerful flavor. Their carnitas is slow roasted to perfection. I just continue to crave another bite. Their service is epic, I have no clue how they do it! I can't wait to return again for my 20th time in 6 months. Have at it!!!!! That the Carnitas challenge, eat it and then agree to agree with me!!!

I stayed in the Vail area and wanted something other than the higher-cost resort food. I chose this based on other reviewers, and it didn't disappoint! From the moment you get inside the location, the music and the overall vibe match the food! Service was quick, and everything was freshly prepared. We had the White Chick Quesdilla and the Deep Fried Carne Asada Burrito, both flavored well and piling hot.

Delicious taco truck in the heart of the town with ample outdoor seating! I tried the Carnitas Taco (because my 11 month old is obsessed with carnitas) and the Hippie Crack taco. I was kind of eh on getting the hippie crack because I typically would want more to a taco than potato... but dannnng, I'm so glad I listened to the suggestion of my husband. It was by far the standout! We also shared some delicious chips and queso. I'm now hungry just thinking about this meal.

Absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. The taco trucks are also great and are a convenient way to get your favorite taco or burrito without driving to Minturn. The sauces and salsas that are served are so unique, spicy, and delicious. Good vibes, friendly and hard working staff, and great Mexican food!! 10 outta 10 would recommend!
