The food was absolutely exquisite. Our favorites included the miso cod and the nigiri omakase flight. Extremely knowledgeable and amicable staff. Surprise to no one, Dan the GM hires the best!

Really small and loud space, and really expensive! We reserved a table well in advance for Valentine's Day and were seated in between a coat rack and host stand, in a hallway.. definitely not ideal so ended up at the bar instead. The dining room is very small and loud, with servers constantly bumping into people. The service is great though. The food is good too, but overpriced. There are some other sushi restaurants in the area that offer better variety and value, so unless you're staying at the Ritz, I might not recommend this restaurant.

Great sushi and sake experience!!! Kyle was the most knowledgeable server we have ever met regarding sushi and saki!!! He really made the evening special!!! Thank you Kyle!

We had a reservation specifically for indoor dining. Hostess played as if we didn't. Mgr got involved and instead of trying to own the error she continued to make out as if we didn't have the specified reservation. We've been multiple times and knew better. THEN we could over hear her complaining to the bartender that we were problematic. Should have just owned the mistake up front. Life happens.

Excellent in all aspects! Pricey as would be expected in the Ritz Carlton but a worthy experience. Outstanding service.

Had a 7:45pm reservation. Waited with my group for 25 minutes and saw 3 other parties seated ahead of us, some of whom did not have reservations for before us. When we finally asked if they were ever planning to seat us, we were told no and shown a table outside as our only option (it is winter, negative temps) with not enough seats for our group. This was a beyond dehumanizing and disgusting treatment, and the staff was extremely aggressive and rude throughout it all. We are also members of the club, so this is especially disappointing treatment. Do not recommend— they are rude and aggressive.

Surprisingly terrible service from a high end restaurant at the Ritz. Missing half table setting when we were seated and needed to ask several times for utensils to eat the food that was delivered to the table, waitress didn't ask to refill drinks once during an 1 hour meal, and one of the main entrees ordered was never put into the kitchen. To the restaurant's credit, the manager apologized for the poor service and comped one of the cocktails and the entree that was delivered after our meal was over.

$18 for one piece of hamachi nigiri is absolutely wild. I've eaten at the Michelin starred Kizaki in Denver as well as some of the best sushi restaurants in Japan, and Sakaba's prices are almost offensive to me. There's no possible way that the food can match what they're charging here, even if it was sushi at the highest level. What a scam.

Love eating at Sakaba every time we are in town. Such a great meal and we LOVE the staff!! It is not inexpensive, but always a special treat we enjoy.

Amazing food. We enjoyed the shared experience and had the waiter bring out new dishes as we finished each one. The miso black cod and wagyu among the favorites. Wagyu was served in a unique way where we cooked it to our liking at the table.

My husband and I had a wonderful date night. The dishes we really loved were the uni, eggplant, and yellowtail scallion role.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was great!

The service was very friendly and attentive, but also well-paced for a more leisurely dinner.

The chef’s choice sashimi omakase was great and allowed for a nice range, including fish we hadn’t tried before. The wagyu was incredible, especially with the condiments/accoutrements that come with it.

Our server Anne was amazing! From food selections to keeping our wine at just the perfect temp. She was so attentive. Food was delicious!

Food and service were great. Can I eat somewhere without DOGS?? Noisy and tight outside. Uni and crunchy tuna are the bomb.

We had the most wonderful experience at Sakaba. We went to dinner here on our honeymoon and they made it a very special experience. They gave us a great table and decorated it with candles and flowers. The food was amazing and the service was quick. Joy and Shay made sure that we had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much for making our experience so amazing.
