We walked in and were promptly greeted, ordered and were told a 15min wait. No big deal. All baristas were friendly and fast, worked like a well oiled machine! I am a manager for a coffee stand so Im very aware of how things should flow. They gave frequent updates to each customer as they worked on drinks. They were cranking them out quick. Listened to several different baristas handle 3 separately rude customers complaining about wait times approaching the baristas/leaning over the bar, and just being downright inconsiderate/rude. Wich were unreasonable considering the amount of customers in the store before them. Each barista gave prompt updates, apologies for the wait and handled it with a smile on their face. People are just impatient and think they're the only ones in the store wanting coffee. The team this morning rocked it. Thank you for our drinks wich came out much quicker than the 15min wait time. :)

Local here. They need to either have more employees which i know is hard to maintain in this valley or do away with online orders. I attempt to come here a few times before work to get a quick coffee and there would be only 1 barista doing all the elaborate drinks, online orders, cashier, and foods. Ive had to leave before i was able tk order many times. Its not her fault. Shes doing great. This isnt the first time

They need a retrain on their refill policy as it's stated regardless of the original order so long as it's the same cafe stay you can get a refill of Brewed coffee. So weird only 1 barista knows that rule confidently. After bringing it up to the believed shift. Just a nod. I love the rest of the staff and I don't blame them for the confusion but I do expect the shift leads to understand their policy. Clearly it just needs to be a lesson since another in the afternoon knows that policy very well.

first this bratty worker gave me half a cup of ice. I ordered light ice.. worker who took my order nice but I ordered a venti. gave me no sleeve for my hot coffee but gave the next person a sleeve. can’t do light ice for the life of him how hard is it to follow directions for a job you get paid to do.

Ordered a hot Pikes roast coffee for $6. Came out luke warm and old tasting. Staff member with scorpion tattoo seemed miserable. First time at a Starbucks in months. Just not what it was... so terrible. hard pass from now on.

Everyone was nice. I asked for something I didn't know the same of. I said coffee frapuccino with chocolate chips blended in. Not chocolate syrup, but chocolate chips. They said ok! I got instead some cookie frapuccino with a literal layer of chocolate syrup at the bottom of the cup and chocolate syrup all over it. And cookie crumbles?! If you don't know what I'm asking for or can't make a coffee frapuccino with chocolate chips just say so. Not 1 star since they were nice and tried.
