Probably the saddest Starbucks I’ve been to. There was no line. Maybe 5 people sitting inside. About 4 employees behind the counter. No one greeted me and I even said hello to the guy with black hair who has it jelled over and makeup on. No response. I ordered a black coffee and the cashier handed me a taped $1 bill that was crunched into a ball as my change. I had put a $5 in the tip jar for a cup of coffee but I pulled that out and put the $1 they handed me. It was just very depressing in there. None of the employees were even talking to each other. I used to work at Starbucks.

Seriously, this has to be the WORSE Starbucks I have ever been too. The guy, Kaya behind the register had zero customer service skills. Did not smile of showed any emotions. We ask for two mocha Dubai drinks hot. We received both drinks and they were iced. So we told the lady that was making the drinks (short, long curly hair, Spanish lady) that the drinks were supposed to be hot and not iced. She looked at us with a disgusted attitude and said ok. Don’t even apologize or anything. She made out drinks, drinks were half way filled. My wife and I took a sip of our coffee and the coffee was so bad that after spending $22 we end up throwing the coffee away after the first sip.

Stopped into this store for the first time while traveling through on Interstate 70, very quick and convenient access to the highway. . Very clean, friendly staff, very quick service, and my venti iced carmel machiato was one of the best I'd had in a while. Great experience!

I had ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino’s, but when I tasted them, it was more milk than anything. I tried to ask the barista if he can remake them for me and he gave me nothing but attitude. He told me that’s how they were made and continued to roll his eyes. He just kept arguing until another employee offered to remake it. They did it once again but it still wasn’t the drink. It didn't have the caramel or the crunch. I’m not asking for too much, I’m just simply asking for the drink to be made properly but received nothing but attitude. I’ve gotten this drink many of times and know that this isn’t anywhere close to how it was supposed to look or taste. And I know that guy isn’t new or anything, I’ve seen him many times to make an excuse to not make the drinks right. The guy who was giving a lot of attitude was tall and had dark hair.

I ordered iced shaken espresso twice. The first one, the barista put too much milk. The second one, I added extra shot and the barista added extra syrup. Listen, can you please make drinks based on the recipe? I am trying to enjoy my coffee, not getting diabetes. You know that we can’t write instruction on delivery app. Please as barista, don’t make drink based on WHAT YOU LIKE. But what CUSTOMER ORDER… thank you!!!

We walked in and were promptly greeted, ordered and were told a 15min wait. No big deal. All baristas were friendly and fast, worked like a well oiled machine! I am a manager for a coffee stand so Im very aware of how things should flow. They gave frequent updates to each customer as they worked on drinks. They were cranking them out quick. Listened to several different baristas handle 3 separately rude customers complaining about wait times approaching the baristas/leaning over the bar, and just being downright inconsiderate/rude. Wich were unreasonable considering the amount of customers in the store before them. Each barista gave prompt updates, apologies for the wait and handled it with a smile on their face. People are just impatient and think they're the only ones in the store wanting coffee. The team this morning rocked it. Thank you for our drinks wich came out much quicker than the 15min wait time. :)

Local here. They need to either have more employees which i know is hard to maintain in this valley or do away with online orders. I attempt to come here a few times before work to get a quick coffee and there would be only 1 barista doing all the elaborate drinks, online orders, cashier, and foods. Ive had to leave before i was able tk order many times. Its not her fault. Shes doing great. This isnt the first time
