Truly one of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever been to. Been there multiple times, and the employees do not know how to brew properly, it just tastes like water with a tiny hint of coffee flavor to it. Clearly, they are not putting enough actual coffee grounds when they brew it. I don't think any of the employees have ever even had coffee before. All the specialty drinks we have there are awful. Will never come back to this location, no matter how many times I ski at Beavercreek!

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. 3 of the staff are untrained. They kept laughing, kept being unprofessional, got our order wrong, gave the vanilla bean no flavor, was rude calling out our order, getting confused with all of the orders, and it took them 30 minutes to just get 2 large drinks. They would also argue with you that they have the right order even if it's wrong. I wanted to give this 2 stars due to that one employee doing her best, but her so called, "friends" were mocking her and rushing her as well. That type of environment should not be allowed. Not to mention how bad the management was. They really don't care. I wanted to walk out. I would not recommend this Starbucks if you are around this area. Don't waste your money here. I hope you guys enjoyed the tip. I will never come here again.

Although the Westin provided decent in-room coffee, some of us, love their morning cafe late. Enjoyed the wonderful gals that served as baristas. Thanks for introducing me to coconut milk!
Don't expect the normal Starbucks. Wrong order 2x. Out of quite a few things. Someone needs to take over this place and run it properly.

Too much waiting time, but it was super convenient as it was in the hotel
We ordered up a tea and a pumpkin scone. They did not have pumpkin scones, and it took forever for them to figure out how to do a refund.Don’t charge people for items that they did not order and not have training on how to remove those items. I would say this management needs help
