When I arrived I had already ordered my sub online. Upon inquiry I was informed that there was no order under my name. I showed them my order confirmation email which included the name under which the order was listed. The staff member looked again but could not find my sub. I think a significant part of the issue was a language barrier. Rather than find my sub that I'd already ordered, the sub was remade. Upon final checkout I was asked for payment. I had already paid since I ordered using the subway app. I would not be paying again. Of course at that moment the original sub was found and I was informed that I had given the wrong name. I'm not sure how that made sense since I showed them my confirmation email which included my name. I ended up eating in the restaurant and had a chance to watch several others go through the line. It was painful to watch because the pace of service was extremely slow and inefficient. If you are use to average Subway service, this is not it. Although I live in the area, it is highly unlikely I would plan to visit this restaurant again.

If you’re looking to get a sub, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. The workers are consistently terrible, can’t hardly speak English, but I guess that’s what you get nowadays so whatever. But at least make the sandwiches right, and not sloppy. This looks terrible and they don’t ever have half the ingredients for the sandwiches. I ordered a great garlic… need I say more..

They did not know there own menu was really confused about what I was talking about and did not speak English had to have the coworker translate for her they had to remake my order twice because of that

Serving did not speak English which is ok but then couldn't take my order. Servers did not know menu items. Server had to make my sub 3 times to get it right!!

The employees don't really set a good example for the business, they'll prioritize their text messages before the job and the way they made my sandwich was completely wrong. There is clearly no discipline here. Not to mention that the oven wasn't "working" and "doesn't work" most days. I thought about just leaving after seeing this place and I'm disappointed I didn't.

Lady cleaned the bathroom and came out to start to make my sandwich and didn’t wash her hands. Just changed dirty gloves and put new ones on

Very good service, even though they were very full of people, they try to serve you and the truth is I understand a lot how people are upset about the things that are missing, but I don't think it's their fault since you see them a little distressed when they tell you that There is no reason because they feel that you are going to yell at them or get angry, which seems very unnecessary to me, those who have do what they can and I appreciate their dedication to putting up with people with ugly characters, 5 stars for these girls and I hope they manage to continue with their patience and yes, they didn't have mayonnaise, but they try to help you.

Rude and unfriendly staff. Keep talking to each other and ignoring customers. No mayonnaise. How can you make a hoagie without a mayonnaise?

I just came today to get a sandwich from this place, there was a line so I wait. I saw the cashier was way behind putting the toppings, wrapping it and then charging it. I told the other lady I’ll wait until her coworker is done so she can help her finishing with all sandwiches sitting there. When it came to be my turn she ignored me and didn’t ask for my order. They seem that they hate their jobs and they can’t give you food since that is what I came for. There is no communication, no collaboration between them when it comes to be busy. Subway in Avon please give the chance to people who really want to work and have a better customer service, not the short lady who just ignored me and had a big issue helping her other coworker.

I regret that this particular location has gone straight downhill in the past year. They are always out of something. One day it's salad bowls, then knives, then spinach, then chicken ... and on and on. I go about twice a week and I swear there is a new face every week. They must have trouble keeping employees. Get it together Subway!
