We were at a Beaver Creek conference and had a private happy hour for about 50 people at The Met. It was a great experience! The food selection was varied and each appetizer/dish was not only delicious, but was presented nicely-great chef! Edgar, the manager, was very personable and accommodating. The servers and staff were all very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend dining at The Met Kitchen!

Not my taste. I am from Latin America and these plates and drinks are lacking some of our spice. Experience it for yourself, don't take my word for it. Picture is from an Arepa.

Relaxed casual vibe and fantastic service (shout out to Gabby) combined with a great variety of small plates. Many ski seasons ago I realized appetizers and a dinner were just too much to eat after a hard day on the slopes. Met Kitchen has great options that are definitely shareable. Following the advice of our server, we paced ourselves - and we are glad we did. Starting the with ahi poke - excellent quality fish and a yummy blend of oils and spices made this a great choice. Buffalo bites with cauliflower had great taste but the crispiness did fail a bit on the plate. Lobster rolls were more like lobster sliders but the meat was good and flavored in the traditional northeastern style. Finally the beet salad was great, although a little light on beets (2 slivers each of white and red beets) but overall a great balance of flavors. Desserts looked amazing. They also have a wine machine where you can get a card and fill small portions to try, but their drink list overall is reasonable and good choices. Good choice for friends, couples, or families.

Excellent service and dinner! We started with their beet infused deviled eggs and Buffalo cauliflower! Cocktails were yummy and our lobster tacos were even better! We will be back!

Made a reservation to eat at this restaurant with my husband tonight knowing that the county is on orange level precautions and there are restrictions for restaurants. Came in for our time....this restaurant is not observing the required restrictions. All tables were in use which meant many patrons were/would be less than 6 ft from each other and without masks if eating. Some patrons were walking around the restaurant without masks. Some of the staff were wearing only bandannas around their faces, the least protective option. Upon seeing this, my husband and I opted to immediately put in a to go order, not taking off our masks while in the venue. Upon returning to our room with the food, I will say the food was quite good.

This is a tapas restaurant with a lot of flavor. Friendly service. It’s a little pricey, but a great option.

When I come here with my friends, we all order different things from the menu to share. Some of our favorites are the Prosciutto and Fig Flatbread, the Lobster Tacos and Rolls (you can't go wrong with lobster), Fried Buffalo Cauliflower and Winter Beet Salad. The Short Ribs are also really good, but I would recommend that as a singular plate - you aren't going to want to share. The servers are always great as well. I've been served by Karl a few times and he's always extremely friendly. The restaurant never seems overly crowded, so it's nice to be able to have a conversation with the servers. Overall, Met Kitchen is a great place to eat a relaxed dinner with family and friends within the Beaver Creek Village. I'd recommend making reservations on Open Table ahead of time!

The menu was great so we were very excited to try multiple items but overall the food was really very average. Nothing stood out. I would say that only one item was not very good and served much different than we expected (Tuna Poke). Everything else was just ok. It was not a terrible meal by any means it just wasn't great.

Tried to go twice, because their website and their Google maps pages both indicated they were open. They were closed both times. “Open daily from 3-10pm with happy hour from 3-5.”
