We eat here every visit to Avon. Loved their lasagna last night and we also ordered bolognese with tiramisu for dessert. Haven’t tried their pizza yet but looked good. Escargot was chewy.

Ordered chicken piccata and a salmon dish (not pictured). Chicken was tasteless and swimming in oil - basically inedible. Noodles it came with literally had nothing on them and were dry and tasteless. The salmon initially came out overcooked and dry wherein it was sent back. The next piece of salmon was barely seared on each side and completely raw in the middle. If we wanted sushi, we would’ve gone somewhere else. These people don’t know how to cook! Not sure how this place has gotten so many good reviews. Go elsewhere for dinner!!

All i have to say is when you order a pizza 40 Percent of it shouldnt be Tastless dry and inedible. The crust was almost half of the pizza and had 0 flavor whatsoever We were so hungry my Gf ate the pieces that were edible but in the end it was like a light appetizer. $22 it was called prosciutto de fichi or something like that, it had so much arugula on it and barely any balsamic, just overall underwhming. I ordered the taggliatelle carbanora with Scallops and THAT was Delicious. Bread was Mid

I’ll never forget this place. I was bumping shoulders with millionaires eating some of the finest Italian cuisine I’ve ever ever had. Oh, and the bread, the bread alone with that dipping oil. Oh my goodness!! Oh and the owner sat down with us and had a nice conversation about the name of the restaurant the area off the coast, all kinds of cool stuff. It was just an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back.

We called for a reservation asking for a table outside, and the first question we were asked was why we want to be outside.... I'm a decently smart person and was stumped by this. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She also decided to tell us for some reason, without warrant, that there's an hour time limit on us eating here. I wanted to bring my wife here, and instead went somewhere more down to earth. I'm sure you'll see nothing but the 5 star reviews, but I guess you'll just have to find out for yourself how inaccurate they are. Probably employees being threatened with their jobs if they don't post 5 stars

Great Pasta!!!! Our greeting was less than optimal. A man who was working the front told us to wait outside a couple of times. I said no, we will have a seat at the bar and have a glass of wine. He said your table will be ready in 2 minutes there is no time for that. We sat at the bar anyway and he ignored us and didn't offer us a drink.

I have to say I’m really disappointed on this restaurant. My boyfriend is new to the Valley and I suggested this place for our Valentines dinner. We arrived a little late to our reservation like 8:20, and from the moment we sat down the waitress said “you have to make your dinner choice fast because I have to put the order in for the kitchen, we close at 9.” What?! If you close at 9 you should be able to sit people even if they show up at 8:50 (basic restaurant service rules). We placed our order for appetizers and dinner, the food came out SO FAST, that didn’t even gave us time to enjoy our appetizer and our dinner properly, they were rushing us constantly! My boyfriend’s plate had the marinara sauce spill all over it, the meatballs were absolutely tasteless and they were swimming in this messy pool of water. We told they waitress and she just said, “oh no worries, we’ll take them off your ticket.” Didn’t even offered to bring us something different or replace the plate, nothing! Because they were in such a rush to clean, some employees were mopping the floor already. You can clearly see in the pictures, what a mess! If you can’t properly attend to guests until the time you’re supposed to be open, you shouldn’t be in business at all. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, never going back there again.

They accommodated us without a reservation, the menu choices and food quality was excellent and service was even better. Quaint setting added to the evening within a small dining room.

Had an enjoyable dinner here with my family, after a long day of skiing. We were able to book a table via email, highly recommended, as they turned away a lot walkins. Their takeout counter was super busy too, wait time of 1 hour from what I heard at the counter. For appetizers we had the escargots (fresh but just a bit in salt), mixed salad with caper berries and candied walnuts, and flat bread with asiago. For mains we had the wood fired pizza (smoked mozza/pork shoulder) was good, house special lasagna (bit too thick), osso bucco (very good especially the bone marrow) and short ribs (touch sweetness in the sauce, cooked well). Just wish the mains had a bit more veggies in the dishes. For desserts we had the gelato (caramel, pistachio and raspberry - tasted like regular ice cream) and the penna cota mixed berry (was good). Service was quick, attentive and friendly.

But the Ticino sauce! I'm obsessed. Completely delicious dishes that I can't pronounce, but I'm coming back for seconds (and thirds).
