I have to start with Anna Lisa providing some of the best service we've ever had. She seemingly effortlessly guided us through the most amazing food we've found skiing Colorado. (Thank you for the gluten friendly options!) We ordered a second small plate of beets, they were so understated and amazing. The halibut special and wagyu were to die for. The chocolate dome dessert is unmatched. I'm so happy we found this place, but I wish it was our first night rather than our last night in town. We will be back, even skiing Breck or Loveland, it's worth the trip. Thank you to everyone involved in making this such a great meal. I'm sorry I ate before taking a single photo!
I never submit reviews but this place is SO GOOD! The food was out of this world, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and if Alex had told me a lotto ticket number, I'm very confident it would've been a winner! This place is a MUST VISIT!

Ana Lisa was amazing! Every course better than the last. Recommendations: Bison Tartare, Elk Tenderloin, Cod and Sockeye, Mushrooms, and chicken fried Quail! Every dish is a showstopper. Will be back again, and again.

The dinner we had recently was superb, the best meal we ever had a Vin 48. We havebeen going there since it opened 16 years ago and last night topped them all.I can't say I ever had a bad meal thee, but the baramundi special, brussel sprouts and the beets were all at the top!If there was anything negative it was loud diners on either side of us.

Came in with the family without reservations, and they were very quick to sit us. Ordered several appetizers and everything was a hit. Bomb truffle fries, Brussels sprouts, wedge salad, and shisto peppers. Skipped main corse and went straight to dessert. Carrot cake was a 10/10, ice cream was delicious, and some other flourless cake with raspberry dust! Awesome spot!
We had such a fantastic experience here! The roasted chicken ranks in one of my top 10 best dinners of all time. The wine list was extensive and the atmosphere was great too. We highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the Avon/Beaver Creek area!
We had been in Breckenridge for a week before coming to Beaver Creek. Breckenridge has several fantastic restaurants. So far this week the Beaver Creek restaurant have been okay. However, Vin48 has come up to the standard that we have expected after our Breck experience. Wonderful food, great wine list.

We loved everything about our dinner at Vin48 from our quiet hightop in the corner to our chocolate mousse dessert with wine pairing. Our server Mitch was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend the beet salad, bison tartare, mussels and crab cake. Small plates are definitely the best option for dinner at Vin48!

We had an amazing experience at Vin48. We sat at a high top in the bar, loved the ambiance. Our server was outstanding, she was knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and made us feel welcome. We sat at the table for almost 3 hours and we never felt rushed or that we were a burden. The food was outstanding. Great menu variety, classic dishes along with some very unique options. Service was prompt and staff would explain what each time was when they delivered. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

This place should have a Michelin Star! The wait staff was very attentive, the seating was comfortable, and the food was excellent. Each dish was served with special flavorful sauces and excellent wine pairings! We spent three times the price at other highly rated establishments, and this one was just as good! We will definitely be back!
