Perfect ambiance for a date night. Our server Janey was wonderful and took the time to go through the menu with us and tell us about the hotel as this was our first time. 10/10 !

We had an excellent dinner here. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. We ordered a seafood pasta (special) and the brick chicken. Both were excellent - the chicken was so juicy with a perfect crisp skin, yum!

Dinner at WYLD in Bachelor Gulch left me with mixed feelings. They started me off with a salad—not the caviar as promised—because the kitchen “couldn't figure out” the potato chips. Oddly enough, moments later, the caviar arrived with soy-fried potatoes (my allergy, which they were already aware of). Strange choice, and not exactly Michelin star precision. That said, things did improve. The fish was beautifully prepared, the potatoes with it were nearly perfect, and dessert—fresh berries with hand-whipped cream, sweetened only with maple syrup—was the highlight. A thoughtful and refreshing finish. The ambiance was cozy at first, but by the end of the night, a loud wedding party took over the space, turning the Ritz into more of a rowdy bar scene. And while the evening had bright spots, Michelin-level dining should be seamless. WYLD had some flashes of brilliance, but didn't quite deliver the full picture.

Our meal was wonderful. Buratta and Heirloom Tomato salads were fresh with great flavors. Halibut was perfectly cooked and delicate. The seared tuna was a bit boring, not very flavorful. Our servers were attentive without being annoying. As always the out door seating was a prefect compliment to out meal. We are looking forward to our next meal there.

The food and service at the Farm to Table dinner were both excellent. My one pet peeve: they charged $38 for a Grey Goose martini. This is more expensive than any restaurant in the Vail Valley, and more than I've paid for martinis in Manhattan, LA, San Francisco and Tokyo. Be prepared to pay 3x for wines but they have an excellent selection.

The service was great, and the food was soooo good! Possibly the best steak I've ever eaten, tears of joy, for real! It was a little noisy being near to the bar, but the energy and ambiance was nice and we were able to hear our own conversation. It is relatively expensive but the quality of food went beyond what you would expect, so well worth it for a special night out. Save room for dessert.

Absolutely loved. Our server Johnie was laid back and knowledgeable. Heirloom tomato salad was outstanding (cucumbers, avocado, local cherries, Serrano chiles ...), can't say enough. Also loved the scallops and seared Tuna. Most skilled food prep we've had out in a long time.

SIngle seating community table...food was excellent (locally produced) and the price was reasonable...being outside was wonderful but the community table was a BUST....no interaction among the attendees...who were totally focused on themselves...no sense of community at all....we would much preferred to be sat a table for two, since being with very unfriendly people (some of whom seemed to know the chef) was a real downer!

Absolutely lovely setting, an attentive accommodative waiter (Jeff), and delicious and interestingly prepared dinner made our evening so memorable. A bit pricey, but we had a delightful evening!
