Went for a wine tasting and also ate dinner, as we are preparing to rent them out for our destination wedding rehearsal dinner. Such wonderful staff and great food and wine. Thank you so much for a great experience. Can’t wait for our wedding rehearsal dinner!
Great food, great vibes, great views! Situated right along the river, this spot is my favorite during spring, summer and fall. Their charcuterie and cheese board is amazing, and their food is great too. Of course they have fabulous wines as well!
What a beautiful place! We went down for a quick day trip from Denver and couldn’t have had a better experience. Amazing food, great service, and great wine. Highly recommend
Fun winery & bistro! Stopped on my way back from South Park on a Sunday evening. The wine list is really good and they have a full menu. Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and easy to access.
Arrived first and but everyone else was getting their drinks and snacks before we got a server to finally arrive at our table. Service was slow abrupt, didn't see any reason to rush away
The wines were meh as well.
The charcuterie board was great though.
Also need to take care of the dusty seating area, blows dust in your face and items on the table.
We are so blessed to have this gem in Bailey! The food, atmosphere, and wine are amazing! The manager Tracie does a great job of ensuring everyone is taken care of and everything on the menu is amazing. Thank you guys for all of your hard work!
great wine flight and generous charcuterie plate with a great view! Call ahead to get a cabana by the water.
Tracy, Kevin, Alyssa, Michelle, Marcel and Julie rock it!
EXPENSIVE TOURIST TRAP! NOT LOCAL FRIENDLY! Bad Attitudes ! they had 7 open and free tables and acted like they couldn't seat us, and no the tables were not reserved. Zero customer service. They do not care at all if customers walk out the door so don't waste your time or money here! Plus the parking lot is tiny and cramped. Do Not book your party or event here! They don't care at all.
Had a great meal at Aspen Peak
Winery. Had mussels & a burger which was not in a bun, it was in puff pastry absolutely delicious!! Julie our server was really nice.

Helpful info: Kitchen closes an hour before they close. Closes at 8pm, kitchen closes at 7pm. They only serve wine and desert for the last hour.
We have been coming here for years and we have always enjoyed it. I have brought well over 30 different people here because we want to share the warm cozy atmosphere, live music and delicious food and wine. The food is incredible and we love the wine flights. My husband and I have enjoyed day dates at the river tables a few times, it's so peaceful and wonderful to have a glass of wine and food under the cute grass umbrellas while watching the river flow by. One of our favorites is the fondue in the fall and winter, can't wait for it. Although we live over an hour away we love to visit as much as possible. We are a bit sad
that social media has created a frenzy to the point where it's now difficult to get in and especially at the river tables. Happy for them that they are successful but sad that we can no longer go on a whim like we used to.
Wow what an experience! My husband and I went there without a reservation and didn’t have high expectations. We had an amazing experience! Food is very delicious, wine testing was amazing, desserts are absolutely incredible! I would recommend to anyone who enjoys wine and an incredible view. We enjoyed this place so much and would come here again!
Aspen Peak Cellars is a pristine riverfront venue with delicious wine, food and desserts. Good music and gracious hosts. A perfect place for dates or a special occasion. Bruce B.
Any table is amazing. The views, the food, the service, and most of all THE WINE! You must try it! You feel at home the minute you walk in. My only suggestion is they need to enlarge!
