Can't wait to return. Delicious wines and food, excellent service, beautiful view. Loved that we found you guys. I would highly recommend to anyone even remotely near Bailey. Worth the drive. Reservations suggested.
Aspen Peak Cellar is a must try. The food, the wine, the atmosphere, the service are all TOP notch. It’s worth the drive from wherever you are. You will not be disappointed. I recommend you make a reservation
Always the best wine and the best food! Fun atmosphere, live music and right on the river!
Surprisingly refined, deliciously decadent, charmingly sweet. Aspen Peak Cellars is a great time. Their local wines are possibly the best in Colorado, with bold and interesting flavors that can absolutely make the meal. Their chef is top notch with high end presentation and an exquisite understand of the flavors he's working with and how they interact with wines. The seasonal special events will keep your visits very interesting, but Marcel, the owner and his whole crew there make you feel like family and will keep you coming back. This riverside mountian gemstone is on my short list and should probably be on yours too.
Great service and food. We unintentionally stayed past closing but the staff were super nice about it and made us feel welcome.
What an awesome place! My husband and I each did a paddle tasting. We had some delicious wines. My favorite was the 285 Fusion and the Mocha Zinsation port. We ordered the baguette to have with our tasting, so good. For dinner my husband had the lamb medallions for which he raved. I had the entree salad which was a pleasant explosion of fresh greens, sun-dried tomatoes, candied carrots, and craisins. The homemade chestnut dressing was unique and flavorful. We had the pleasure of speaking to the chef, which made our night. This place goes above and beyond and what a stunning location! Highly recommend!
We love having this winery in town. Amazing wine, food, and unique fun events. My husband and I have shared many special times here
I had a really lovely time here last Sunday. Make a reservation - the umbrella tables are an additional $20 to reserve. All of the outdoor seating is good - we had a table behind the umbrellas and it was great. We ordered a wine flight and a carbonated lemonade. We both had the soup of the day (delicious) with fresh bread. The soup was very good and the dipping oil for my baguette was chef's kiss.
Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Servers were friendly, loads of personality and efficient!
The Bailey Beach is small, be prepared to meet your neighbors and if you want privacy, perhaps sit inside.
This place is an incredible hidden gem! Our waitress was lovely and so helpful. She made it so easy to decide which wines we wanted to taste. The presentation of drinks and food was beautiful and the setting and scenery could not be nicer. Could not recommend coming here enough!
Absolutely love this place. The service was great, Lilly took such good care of our table. The view was amazing and the food and wine was so delicious. I highly recommend Aspen peak Cellars. We will be back!

We drove from Denver to have dinner at Aspen Peak and it was worth it! If you can, sit outside by the water. The pictures you’ll take will be amazing! The restaurant and owners have a very unique story which you can find on their website. The wait staff is well trained and we appreciated that having tasted wines in California, Spain and Portugal. The soup and salad were delicious. We had the flatbread pizza and the cheesecake and cream Brûlée. I really like port wine and the Mocha Zinsation did not disappoint. I took a bottle home and wanted more. Alas, I did get the last bottle they had and found 2 more at the local liquor store before heading back to Denver.
Amazing experience, highly recommend booking well in advance to get seating at one of the cabanas by the river. The wine was great and the charcuterie board was a perfect spread of breads, cheese, and meats.
The restaurant is small, but it has a great atmosphere. Food is great and the sound of the river is peaceful.
Food was good and service was good. I made reservations far in advance and requested a riverside table. I guess it wasn't in the cards.
Samantha was so rude!!! Get a new server because your restaurant is so beautiful to have some like that working there. Send her to hospitality class!!!
