“Every now and then God sees favor in you and helps you stumble into an exceptional foodie experience. Well the favor was bestowed upon me by finding this yellow food truck aka The Yum Bus. Everything is made to order and it comes out hot and fresh. I've been here about 5 times now and have only ordered one thing. Papa's Cheese burger. It is a mouth watering cheeseburger with fresh ground beef cooked how you like and is accompanied by onions, tomatoes, lettuce and a soft chewy and crisp brioche bun. I don't know if I should be ashamed or proud of how fast I gobble down the burger, but it seems to just glide down my gullet like a sled down a fresh snowy hill. It quite honestly may be the best burger I've had. It's also served with a heaping helping of fries which are always crispy and piping hot. The owner is a gentlemen and very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. They have some makeshift tables out in front for you to stand and enjoy your food while taking in the mountain air and surrounding mountains. If you're ever in Bailey stop in and treat yourself you won't be disappointed.”

“If you want ice cream, they serve it there. Really good. We didn’t eat at this place. It was more a stop and snack store with souvenirs and shirts. But friendly people working there. Restrooms available there.”

“Tori made and delivered beautiful and delicious macarons for a baby shower I hosted. Everyone loved them! It’s hard to find gluten free French macarons at our elevation that are delicate with a crisp exterior and creamy filling. But I found them and highly recommend.”

“The outside is unassuming but the food is amazing. My sesame chicken was crispy and the veggies tasted so fresh and nice. I got an iced tea and it was some of the best tea I'd gotten out in a while. I don't get to come up here often but next time I am I'm definitely stopping by.”

“Got the iced "Bear With Me" with oat milk and the mini cinnamon sugar donuts. Waited for over 10 minutes in a short line.. but whatever they did to the coffee in that amount of time was well worth the wait - it was SO good that I'll be driving 45+ minute drive out here again ASAP to have another!! My only possible complaints would be the slightly long wait and that their large is only 20 oz, smaller than a Starbucks venti, when I would've happily drank 50+ oz LOL”

“The hot dogs are a bit overpriced but we expected that, coming here. The two people working here were really nice and accommodating. We thought their service was 5 stars. There are benches for outdoor seating, right next to the hot dog building and also right near the stream/parking area. We enjoyed sitting outside today, on a nice warm afternoon.As you pull onto the side road that leads you back to the hot dog building, watch out for the extra large potholes!!!Parking: There are a few spots in a dirt area in front of the hot dog. We were the only ones there so parking was easy on a Thursday afternoon.”

“Where to start....We havn't been here in a while, but are we glad we came back! Service was exceptional and staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. I had the chicken fried steak, absolutely delicious! Definately homemade, no pre formed, drop in hot oil CFS served here. Meal came with choice of potato, soup or salad, and veggie. I also had a cup of green chili to sweeten the deal. Chili was very tasty and hearty. My Brother had the chili relleno breakfast. Rellenos were large and crispy and full of flavor. Even the owner, Chip, came to our table to talk to us, extremely friendly and personable guy. Highly recommend The Cutthroat Cafe to anyone passing through Bailey. Stop by the Sasquatch Outpost next door when finished. We will definately be back.”

“Amazing BBQ & best wings in the area! We tried the sausage, pork tacos, brisket and wings and everything was amazing. The sides are tasty too. The homemade sauces are delicious, especially the vinegar one. This place doesn’t overdo it with the smoke flavor like some, everything was tender and delicious. We will be back soon.”

“Fast and efficient service. Food is made to order and you can sit in the sun on a picnic table or they bring it to your car while you wait. We had the sausage breakfast burrito, smothered in green chili and a Sophie's Special smothered. Both delicious and we devoured them after a xcountry ski day above Grant. A husband and wife duo do everything. They seem very nice and genuinely concerned that you enjoy. Located in Pine Junction at THE traffic signal. Prices are great. Oh yah, we had a churro too. Fresh and yummy. Not quite as good as from a street vendor in Mexico City but not bad for back country Colorado. I think we were out the door for less than $30 total.”

“This is the only drive-thru in this small mountain town. The breakfast burritos are amazing. Burgers are great.Their fries are the absolute best. Every item on their menu is great. I've been eating there for 20 years and never had a bad meal.”

“I don't know what they do to the chicken but it's soooo good. I've never had fried chicken like this and her baked beans are killer! I'm so happy it's down the road. You don't ever need Popeyes or KFC with olga's down the road.”
