“The new owners in the past year are doing an amazing job. Some nights they’ve become so popular that they are having a little trouble keeping up but they will break their back to make it up to you. So far the food is very delicious and is my favorite in Evergreen. It’s just too bad they have the same name as a restaurant in Florida that keeps coming up on my web search. I wish they would change their name so everyone knows the difference. ?”

“Just got festival, fried plantain and j*** chicken from Ricky. Was so excited to meet a fellow Jamaican out in Falcon and the food did not disappoint. easily the best festival I have had in YEARS, it was So crispy and the flavour was spot on, same for j*** chicken, the smokey flavour was great. The plantain was delicious and the twists Ricky puts on his food with his salsa and pumpkin rice were great too. I am so excited to have this again next time I'm in the area!! ??????”

“Went here to eat after a morning full of paddle boarding in Evergreen Lake and it was the perfect lunch fuel! I had the Lodge Burger with fries and it was the perfect size to fill me up. We sat inside by windows that open out and up with a perfect view of the evergreens down the hill. I would recommend either making a reservation/calling ahead because on the weekends around lunch time it is very popular and there can be up to a 30-45 min wait for a table. Totally worth it!”

“Found this place due to not being able to access another place. It was everything that I love in a locally owned and operated coffee shop. Great menu that is simple with a twist from the normal. Music not overpowering making it easy for me to work. Great view and ambiance. Excellent Service and personable people that treat you well even if they don't know you. I highly suggest them if you are in the area. A true gem to remember for any future trips through the area.”

“We went to Bistro Del Lago in Evergreen last night for dinner. We had salad, pizza,dessert and wine. It was out of this world delicious. Service was excellent! We can’t wait to go back to try the pasta and appetizers. Highly recommend and this will be our new favorite in Evergreen!”

“We dined in at Fountain. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Very generous portion and the BBQ sauce was so yummy. We loved the smoked potato salad. The decor is spot on with great pictures! We enjoyed everything about dining there today! We will definitely be back many times!”

Alison guided us through the planning process from menu selection to table assignments. Alyssa took excellent care of us during the event. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend the Bistro at Marshdale.”

“Home run again! Order right every time. Seafood is fresh and melts in your mouth. Personal favorite is spicy Tuna toll. My husband likes the 5 egg rolls for 6$. Their great! Sometimes you crave it and you just gotta have it. Ps. Sweet potato roll is amazing too.”

“I don't remember being impressed by their downtown location, but I was hungry and I was at the Evergreen exit, so I figured I'd give them a try. Whoa, I've been missing out!

The Birria burger was great, with a huge serving of consomé for dipping the burger into. Good flavor, large beef patty, fast service. I'll have to give their downtown location another try next time I'm hankering for a burger.”

“The employees are so amazing here!! I was greeted with a smile and a sincere asking of how my day was going. As I perused the plethora of flavors, the female employee informed me that they do samples and asked if I wanted to try anything. I opted to try peppermint and apple cider. I inquired if they did half scoops and was informed by a male employee that they could but only in a cup. For my cone, he suggested kids' scoops so I got a kids' scoop of birthday cake and a scoop of peppermint.The service I received at this Baskin rivals that of a 4 diamond restaurant. Management is definitely doing something right at this location!!”

“I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Tuscany Tavern. As visitors from California and Florida, we were looking for a nice restaurant with good food while visiting Evergreen, Colorado. We were very pleased with the food, service, and ambiance of Tuscany Tavern. I totally enjoyed my pasta Arrabiata! We totally recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an excellent meal with great service. Our thanks to our server, Hudson, for his attentive service. We tried to get the Chef to come out so we could thank them personally but, not surprising, the kitchen was very busy.”
