“This is a cute little cafe in Evergreen. The restaurant is painted really cute. It is super small which is the only negative as eating spaces are cramped inside. We went on a Friday morning and the entire inside was full of breakfast was delicious. We didn’t drink this time, but last time I was there I tried several of the mimosa options. They were delicious.”

“We stopped here for brunch on our way to Evergreen. It was tasty. There was about a 20 minute wait for a table, which is generally a good sign when the place is popular. You young man working the host stand was very kind and friendly.We had bloody Marys and they were pretty good. There were 4 of us, and we ordered biscuits and gravy, huevos rancheros, a cheeseburger and the corned beef Benedict. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress was friendly and the wait for our food wasn't very long at all. It was 70 degrees and a little chilly so we sat indoors, but there is a cute patio with views of the hill and the river. I bet it's beautiful in the summer.Vegetarian options: Huevos rancheros, black bean burger and 2 or 3 other things”

“I love bbq places and go to them often. This is some of the best bbq I've had in CO. The ribs and bacon are to die for and the pulled pork is good as well. The standard bbq sauce was my favorite. The type of brisket they make here didn't work for us however. For the sides we like the potato salad and the seasonal veggies (the roasted asparagus) the best.Every time I'm hiking in the area I will definitely be stopping here afterwards. And I want to try the duck and salmon as well...Note that we were there during the day on a weekday so we didn't run into any issues of menu items being sold out which I see has happened in other reviews which would not be good especially if you're not local.”

“I rode a motorcycle from Alaska to Utah in September last year, pointing my tires toward connection, trail riding, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Rene was up long before dawn, brewing the smoothest and finest of blends. While it’s a known fact that every cup of coffee shared across a sunrise and bonfire with fellow riders is the cup you’ll ever drink, Bivouac Coffee really is something to carry home with you. I bought my favorites and enjoyed excellent brew for the next two months as I made my way back toward home. Take the long way home, always. Pack light and treat yourself to this coffee.”

“What a gem in Evergreen! This was better than my favorite Thai food in Denver. I had the Pumpkin Curry with fried tofu. Delish! The atmosphere was simple and the wait staff was attentive. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty of tofu options. None of the Ramen was veg.”

“Hamburger of the day 1/4 lb burger AND Ruben sandwich. Definitely the best burger and loved all the corn beef, cheese, kraut on marbled rye.Add sitting outside on a Spring blue sky day.”

“Lariat Lodge is great if you’re looking for traditional American cuisine. They have lots of burger options as well as Mac and Cheese, meatloaf, wings, etc. We tried the Burger and Meatloaf and both were great. Atmosphere was a bit dated but seemed like a solid family restaurant.”

“Great food to have at this place. We had lamb and chicken Tikka masala (they have to do the americanized creamy version for the local palate).Very attentive staff , nice setting at the place.Perfect to go have a meal after skiing or any outdoor around.”

“The Dam duck race day! I missed the even but tried several spots in town while I was there for the day and this place was one of my favorites! The bartender had even volunteered at the event then worked an entire shift! Cold cheap beer and had some live music that day as well. I sampled the crab cakes which were Amazing. Bartender was Amazing. Great conversation with others at the bar. If in the area this is a great spot to stop into and check out meet the locals and have a good drink.”

“Oh My Goddesd!? The Bistro Del Lago is by far the best fine dining restaurant, and is my favorite restaurant on earth! Their food, is exquisite, high-quality, homemade, beyond delicious. All of their wines are from Italy and are the BEST Quality, and cocktails are extraordinary!??✨ The Atmosphere eludes and extremely elegant, beautiful, romantic and enchanting, cozy ambience. The owners, JR and Violet, chef Josh, and all the staff are beyond amazing!? “Amazing place inside of Morris and Mae! The açaí bowls are always delicious! The poke bowls are fresh, tasting, and never disappoint. The avocado toast used to be a larger portion than then became smaller but it was still good. Overall, all of the food feels fresh, vibrant and made with care. The service is also outstanding!”

“I finally made it to The Bistro and it did NOT disappoint! It might have even been one of my favorite meals of all time. Cocktails were fabulous, food was delicious and fresh, and the service was absolutely perfect. Bryce was one of the best servers I have ever had and made the experience even more special. Filet tartare, matcha dumplings, lamb shank…need I say more? I can’t wait to go back!”

“Found this place on a random drive through the mountains and loved it. Great coffee and beautiful views as well looking over a lake. I tried a seasonal rose honey latte that was delicious. Little on the sweet side but the rose wasn't overpowering. Friendly staff as well. Took my coffee up to Lookout mountain to enjoy the scenery.Parking: Nice size parking lot with plenty of room.”

“I love Papa Murphy's Evergreen- they have friendly staff, delicious pizza, and quick service! It is so convenient to stop and grab a pizza to bring up to the mountains for the weekend!”

“Local’s Pizza has always been reliable on pizza quality, but what sets them apart is the staff. They employ, and give valuable customer service work experience, to primarily high school kids, whose warmth, eagerness, and humor make the experience there so enjoyable. The day I went, a fun crew of kids including Finn, Sam, and Kiran were all working and they were all professional, efficient, and friendly. Thanks!”

“Took my daughter here last night for a going away dinner. Without us saying anything the waiter realized she was vegetarian and brought her a special vegetarian sauce for the appetizer. Food was awesom with large portions. A very enjoyable experience!”

“Great little spot located next to the smokehouse. Has all the classic flavors you might expect from an ice cream shop. There seems to be a draught of ice cream in the valley but this place is well worth the visit!”

“Nested in between a few businesses in a shopping center, as you make your way toward the back, you’ll find this little gem. It’s a little mini food truck. The guy running this joint was super friendly to us and talked to us for a little bit while the food was being prepared.I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a bag of chips with a drink. I gotta say, it was a solid burger! I like my burgers very standard and no veggies but regardless, it tasted great!! My wife tried one of the brats that he offers and she really liked it! It’s a great option while strolling the town. He also offers other things you can see on the picture of the menu. Judging by the taste of what I had, you wont be dissatisfied.The location is pretty cool. It’s tucked away from the main road and feels like a little meadow. It’s an experience.Overall, you definitely should come by and try for yourself. It’s worth it!”

“Great little gem in Evergreen. Food is good serving Boars Head products. Bread and vegetables are fresh. I was in early after they opened and the place seemed pretty clean and organized. Prices are very reasonable - low in fact for Evergreen. Service is ok although it seems it could be a wait if they get busy. I definitely recommend overall.”

“The employees are so amazing here!! I was greeted with a smile and a sincere asking of how my day was going. As I perused the plethora of flavors, the female employee informed me that they do samples and asked if I wanted to try anything. I opted to try peppermint and apple cider. I inquired if they did half scoops and was informed by a male employee that they could but only in a cup. For my cone, he suggested kids' scoops so I got a kids' scoop of birthday cake and a scoop of peppermint.The service I received at this Baskin rivals that of a 4 diamond restaurant. Management is definitely doing something right at this location!!”

“Nice place to have lunch by the lake. The noise of the traffic made sitting outside a little tougher to enjoy. Mussels were not great. The sauce was more of a marinara than the broth which is more common.”

“Loved the Tuscany burger at Tuscany Tavern! The place feels cozy like Italy, and the burger was delicious, unique and tasty. Very Friendly service that treats you like family. Definitely recommend trying it! The tiles on the walls that patrons bring back from Italy for them says it all. Must try place.”

“We ate in this Beau Jo's location in Evergreen and it was delicious. We have had Beau Jo's before in other towns but never at this location. We ordered the Pacific Paradise and the Yukon pizzas, both with mountain crust and they were superb. We had beers and Cesar salad as well, the salad was delicious.Our server was very friendly. the restaurant wasn't busy but there were a few other tables and a few to go orders.”
