About The Bistro at Marshdale

The Bistro at Marshdale offers a top-notch experience with excellent food, service, and ambiance. Guests can enjoy stunning sunset views over the valleys and mountains. The Peppermint Elk dish is highly recommended, and the sea bass has also received praise for its delicious flavor. The matcha dumpling appetizer remains a standout, while the Squid Ink appetizer continues to be noted for its savory taste and innovative ingredients. The service is described as friendly, though there have been mentions of slow service due to a staff of interns. The ambiance, including white tablecloths and rustic decor surrounded by nature, adds to the dining experience. However, some reviews express disappointment with the menu, suggesting that certain dishes appear overly complicated and the pricing reflects this complexity. Overall, it remains a wonderful place with beautiful views and a few cautions to consider.

We had a dinner for the entire wedding party at Bistro at Marshdale this past weekend. WOW! The food was amazing and the service was too. Alison guided us through the planning process from menu selection to table assignments. Alyssa took excellent care of us during the event. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend the Bistro at Marshdale.

Last night my husband and I went to dinner at The Bistro at Marshdale for the first time. It was nothing short of amazing! The staff was so attentive from the moment we walked in. Ally our server, the manager and the Executive Chef Chris.

We ordered the dumpling appetizer, Caesar salad, elk medallions and the peach turnover. A wonderful meal from start to finish! A must try and a must to return. Great job!

We had a delicious experience! Ordered the bread and potstickers to start, very good! The filet and the seabass were my favorites, although the duck and the ravioli dishes were exceptional too! The cabaret tart dessert is incredible and the apple baklava wad favorite at the table too. We ordered a double round of all the drinks, the nutty old fashion was so good, we'll attempt to make it at home! Definitely worth the trip to eat this exceptional food! Worth the money as well
