I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Tuscany Tavern. As visitors from California and Florida, we were looking for a nice restaurant with good food while visiting Evergreen, Colorado. We were very pleased with the food, service, and ambiance of Tuscany Tavern. I totally enjoyed my pasta Arrabiata! The "Cheers" of Italian Restaurants in Colorado..IMHO. Owner greets everyone. Real neighbors feel. Great place to take a date. "Groceries" and "sweet stuff" 1st class!

Tuscany Tavern is a local Italian spot that feels like a home away from home, with a friendly local vibe and a very sweet atmosphere. The staff is attentive, personable, amazingly friendly, and helpful, providing great service. The food is consistent, reliable, delicious, and affordable, with amazing salads and the best lasagna. Pasta dishes are a highlight, and the wine menu is priced well. Cocktails are superb, and the steak is enjoyable. However, one diner found the cedar plank salmon overcooked and dry, with unseasoned and bland broccoli, and the chicken parm was lacking marinara. The environment and smells are loved, and the atmosphere is very good. This is a no-frills restaurant where guests can come as they are, and it is a go-to spot for Friday nights, birthdays, and fine dining on Mondays and Tuesdays.
