“No longer need to travel to Naples Italy as this pizza is equal or better. Pizza is my favorite food and I have eaten it in numerous countries- its amazing that this place is one of the best in the world. Two young guys knock it out of the park. Just Incredible!”
“Wow!! So happy to find this place. Eleven of us celebrated our coworkers birthday at this great restaurant. The steaks were amazing. We had the dry aged bone in ribeye, the Wagyu ribeye, the baseball steak and the steak ends. The lobster was also very good. Dave the owner greeted us all during our dinner. The decor is splendid. Well worth the 30 minute drive from south Denver. This steakhouse was way better than any of the chain restaurants in the suburbs of Denver.Parking: If all the parking spaces in front of the restaurant are taken, they have their own lot just west of the gas station, a short walk to the restaurant front door.”
“The food was excellent. I’ve had their pizza many times and their wings are good as well. Their desserts are either too rich or somewhat lackluster so I recommend filling up on main course food. The environment is dim and smells like BBQ sauce, but is otherwise clean and respectful. The wait can be long but the food is so good and they can’t really control how many customers want to come dine. Service has always been respectful and mostly prompt.Parking: There is a huge public lot for downtown Golden on 12th and Washington. It is free to park for a few hours, but paid if you plan to stay a while. Parking can sometimes fill up depending on time and day.”
“This is my favorite place to get breakfast burritos in Denver! I try to stop here on my way to a hike in the mountains. Great vibes here, good variety of burritos, and great flavors!”
“I had the chocolate salted oreo and my husband had the salted oreo, both in waffle cones and they were fantastic! Can’t wait to come back to try other flavors. Great space and super nice staff!!”
“Fun atmosphere, friendly service and great food! We came late and got everything leftover but got ribs, shredded pork, mac n cheese and beans and all super yummy! SUPER fun to have the owner swing by and chat with us too!”
“Everything was decently good (other than giving me an entire tomato with my food when I asked for no tomatoes).I will say there are other better places close by that come with a side for your sandwich.”
“Top Notch place staffed and owned by Top Notch people. You will not find a better Mountain breakfast brunch and lunch restaurant anywhere on the Front Range. Reasonable prices for the quality food and service. Beautiful setting next to Bear Creek. Does get busy especially when the weather is wonderful so plan accordingly. Definitely worth your wait however”
“Wow - what a fantastic find! Everything we had was delicious, from the drinks (I had the Berry Sangria and the bartender “roulette” which turned out to be a spicy, pomegranate margarita) to the food - baked goat cheese, the burger, the arugula and beet salads. Bonus - this establishment is woman owned! ? Highly recommend.”
“Super laid back friendly atmosphere. ?Went for my first time about a week ago and the employees were incredibly easy to talk to and very friendly and professional! ??THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL?Coming from someone who cooks professionally you don't want to miss out on this little gem tucked away in the beautiful mountains of golden ✨️ ?6/5 Stars ? ?HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
“A quintessential “hole-in-the-wall” - El Callejon is a hidden gem. The food is AMAZING, all cooked to order, and almost everything on the menu is gluten free. Seating is limited, but on nice days we sit outside anyway. We have been here a handful of times and will be back many more!Dietary restrictions: Tons of gluten free options and easily modified for dairy-free!”
“Highly recommend this spot after a long hike! The green chile and BBQ pulled pork dishes are both top notch! Service was very friendly and accommodating. Very comfy indoor dining.”
“Amazing staff so friendly, warm and authentic interior atmosphere, and extremely good food. One of those places you eat at and realize you’ve never had authentic Mexican food before. It will be hard to go back to American Mexican after eating here. Try the flan but forget everything you know about flan, this is 100x better.”
“Absolutely incredible Mexican food. I moved from Texas 2 years ago and this is the only place in Denver that I have found that is truly good food. Better than most places back home too. Amazing service and super friendly. I will 100% be coming back.”
“I rode a motorcycle from Alaska to Utah in September last year, pointing my tires toward connection, trail riding, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Rene was up long before dawn, brewing the smoothest and finest of blends. While it’s a known fact that every cup of coffee shared across a sunrise and bonfire with fellow riders is the cup you’ll ever drink, Bivouac Coffee really is something to carry home with you. I bought my favorites and enjoyed excellent brew for the next two months as I made my way back toward home. Take the long way home, always. Pack light and treat yourself to this coffee.”
“Returning to a location after four years with different management and bartenders but it becomes truly memorable when paired with exceptional service. Itzel, the bartender who served me this morning, made my return visit truly special. Despite the bustling atmosphere as soon as the restaurant opened, Itzel's service skills shone through. She was not only fast but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that both my buddy and I were well taken care of throughout our meal. Thanks Itzel! P.S The Lunch combo was very good!!!”
“We loved this spot so much on our recent visit to the area that we made it our go to spot almost everyday for breakfast. They had lots of options for breakfast/lunch and the staff were fantastic.”
“Great local option for healthy wraps, soups and falafel tots! Carnivore and vegetarian-friendly. Groovy Grateful Dead decor and hippy-wholesome feel, without the Boulder-hippy pretentiousness (if you know, you know). With a convenient location right off I-285, RMW is a great option for those wanting healthy alternatives to fast food or who want to grab a clean, energizing meal on their way up to enjoy the Colorado outdoors!Parking: Limited parking can be a challenge during busier times.”
“Stopped here for some lunch. It is like in an industrial park we were with somebody that lives in Denver so they knew about it. It's like a beer garden. There are some tables inside the building where you order your beer and they also have kombucha. There were food trucks outside that you could order from. There was plenty of tables all around the building. All kinds of dogs around which was wonderful and they were all well behaved dogs. There was a dog park next door to it. It was a very nice experience. We enjoyed the food and the beverages”
“Barrels and Bottles has been a go-to for us for years in Golden. Ever since the Camp George one popped up we've been frequent visitors as it's closer to home. One of our favorite spots. The Nippless Cage is my fave craft pils. Dough nips are my favorite carb. And the poke in the salad is unreal. Parking can be heinous when it's busy, but that is the only complaint and ya can't blame them for creating a great place in a happening spot that people wanna be at!”
“What a gem in Evergreen! This was better than my favorite Thai food in Denver. I had the Pumpkin Curry with fried tofu. Delish! The atmosphere was simple and the wait staff was attentive. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty of tofu options. None of the Ramen was veg.”
“I grew up in this neighborhood and have a new great place to take my parents for dinner now when we visit them. Hard to believe how great a job they've done transforming the dry cleaners into a modern Indian restaurant. Shared a huge dinner of excellent food! From extra mild to incredibly spicy.Servers were incredibly friendly. I look forward to returning”
“Really enjoyed my experience here. Inside was nice and bright. Allowed for conversation at regular volume, but could not hear other tables/patrons. Portin sizes were in line with the price and that smoked salmon eggs benedict would be worth a repeat visit 100%.”
“What a special place!! ? ?Parking: Not to bad ☺️Kid-friendliness: What a great place all the way around! Such a family place for sure!! ❤️Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access ❤️”
“I cannot even begin to describe how incredible this place is! Holy cow! Located near Dick’s Sporting Goods, immediately upon walking up just to check it out we were met with the owner making drinks. He greeted us with a smile and started chatting about what to expect at his shop. Curt Peterson began by pointing out the piece from 5280 on his shop then dove right in on what his ice cream was all about and how it paired with the nitro cold brews. He then started busting out sample after sample. My oldest daughter loves lemon and he delivered a delicious lemon flavor. My youngest loves everything so she tried it all and settled on cookies and cream. My husband got butterbrickle in a whiskey barrel cold brew (SO GOOD!) and I got the honey hotness in the same cold brew. Now, when I tell you that honey hotness was the best ice cream I’ve ever had I am not even remotely exaggerating. It was perfectly creamy, the honey was paired perfectly with the habanero which you didn’t taste until the very end and it was a subtle but wonderful tickle of spice. I LOVE spicy stuff and this delivered. Curt was extremely kind and you could tell he loves his business and his products. It’s also fairly reasonably priced! I will return to Colorado Mills just for his ice cream and coffee!Kid-friendliness: He gives perfect little samples and is so happy to sample out everything for kiddos.”
“We hosted our Wedding After Party here (~50 people). The Miners Saloon team crushed the service! They were wonderful to work with and their food and drinks are delicious. This bar is perfect for a meal, snack or drink at any time of the day! It's a must see in Golden :)”
“One of my favorite breakfast places in the metro area. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Been coming here for years.Parking: Ample parking in the areaWheelchair accessibility: Very ADA compliant.”
“Absolutely amazing!!! This place has it all, great service, clean and organized environment and most of all, amazing food!!! The hummus is absolutely to die for. I don’t get Greek food much but I can see me and my family coming here all the time!!”
“Local friends dialed this up for us and so good. Great flavors and noise level in the back for us to enjoy the food and company to reminisce and make new memories.”
“Foothills ground beef burrito with green chili and queso... wow! Great flavor but don't try to eat this while driving! Also Foothills pork nachos, order the smaller Evergreen with double pork. We are becoming regular repeat customers.”
