“Okay I'll be real, I got the huevos rancheros and hated it. Worst I've ever had, I was honest with the server who was really friendly and she made this experience awesome. They let us try French toast instead and it was wonderful. I felt respected and appreciated and will definitely be back to order the toast again!“
“Had a great experience at Lariat Lodge!! Dani did such an awesome job serving our group & recommendations were on point. 4/5 of us had never been until yesterday— we would all definitely visit again!!!! High quality beer and service!! :)))“
“Once again the environment is excellent. I do look forward to Spring where we could sit inside and outside. The appetizers like mini ahi tacos (forgot exact name) and brussel sprouts are amazing. The burgers are signature and huge. The salads offer a great change of pace. I cannot wait to go back in April/May when it warms up.“
“The Dam duck race day! I missed the even but tried several spots in town while I was there for the day and this place was one of my favorites! The bartender had even volunteered at the event then worked an entire shift! Cold cheap beer and had some live music that day as well. I sampled the crab cakes which were Amazing. Bartender was Amazing. Great conversation with others at the bar. If in the area this is a great spot to stop into and check out meet the locals and have a good drink.“
“This place was packed on a Friday night, yet we were seated immediately. They made their own French fries, which we couldn't stop eating. The food and service were good and prices were fair. We ate dinner for less than $40 without drinks. They also had live music! No wonder this place is popular. We will go back.“
“We came here for a birthday party for my adult son - got 2 bowling lanes. We enjoyed ourselves and would come back for the following reasons: 1. Polite, accommodating staff; 2. Smaller and quieter than many places. Eight bowling lanes, no flashing lights (there is a color changing light overhead, but no strobes), and music at a reasonable level. We were able to have actual conversations without yelling. 3.Accommodations for all levels and abilities. There are multiple ball ramps available (for help with rolling the ball) - which several in our party used due to various physical injuries. And, bumper rails can be set per player within the same game (the rails go up and down automatically depending on who is playing). 4. Reasonable prices for bowling and food. We got pizza and nachos - nothing special but not bad either. Also, they allow you to bring birthday cake as long as it’s from a commercial bakery (no homemade cakes).“
“This place has been an Evergreen classic for decades. One of the most unique bars you'll go to. Walls and booths are covered with dollar bills, memorabilia, and other random items that make for a cool experience. Usually there is live music.“
“We love having this fine dining spot in Evergreen. The view of the lake is wonderful. Tasty cocktails and food. It’s definitely a longer dinner service but that’s part of the appeal. The mussels, purple haze and cream brûlée were on point tonight.“
“If you're up in Evergreen, I highly recommend you give this place a try. Great pitstop for a cold beer and a nice burger atmosphere is awesome. It's an old-school saloon bar with great customer service. My waitress was amazing and super friendly. They also have a dog friendly back patio that overlooks a creek, which also has a stage for a live band for the summers. If you're in the area or want to get away from DENVER, I definitely would give these guys a try. The burger was amazing and the cheese curds were also awesome.“
“Top Notch place staffed and owned by Top Notch people. You will not find a better Mountain breakfast brunch and lunch restaurant anywhere on the Front Range. Reasonable prices for the quality food and service. Beautiful setting next to Bear Creek. Does get busy especially when the weather is wonderful so plan accordingly. Definitely worth your wait however“
