This was our first time stopping at Casa Sanchez. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. Plenty of options on the menu and the salsas were flavorful. Good portions for the price. We will be back next time we’re passing through Bailey and want a quick and tasty lunch.

Arturo was excellent and the food was even better. In addition to the chips and two different kinds of house made salsa, it was a nice surprise to get have elote also served before the meal. My partner couldn’t stop doing their happy food dance the entire meal.
Edit: I changed the service from 4 to 5 stars. After we finished our sopapillas, our server brought out shots of Tequila La Familia. You must finish your meal with one!

The chips and salsas served immediately were delicious, we shared the supreme nachos with shredded beef and absolutely loved it! Then they served Elote and I was over the moon! One of the best bites of the nachos had all the toppings plus some elote! The sopapillas with honey (we asked for them without chocolate sauce and whipped cream) was just as amazing, being so light and fluffy! Our server, Arturo, was awesome and provided the best service! He helped us make sure our margaritas were delicious (I ordered the blackberry margarita and he ordered the Gold margarita) and it went down so smooth! They had outdoor seating as well that would be excellent in the warmer months that overlooks the rest of Bailey. The best surprise was at the end when Arturo brought us a shot of tequila! It was the smoothest tequila and had the softest burn!
The fact this little place is hiding in Bailey makes it a hidden gem that anyone should go out of their way to try! Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in Colorado!

Some of the best salsa and mole I have had in Colorado. And their family tequila is so good. Also, so happy to see a restaurant open consistently in this tiny town. They are doing great! I bought lots of salsa to go as well.

This is my first time visiting and it was phenomenal! The staff was super kind and caring. The food was soooooo good! I definitely will come back again for sure! I got the carne asada quesadilla and it was the BEST Quesadilla I’ve had in a long time! We also tried the street corn appetizer and it was so tasty! I highly recommend this place!

For starters, I’m a chef, I don’t eat out often but when I do I hold restaurants to the same expectations I hold myself to professionally because I could always just make it myself.
Casa Sanchez did not disappoint, the cost is good, the portions are ample, the margaritas are huge, and most importantly the food is good. I was very happy with my lengua and my wife’s ceviche was delightful. Plus they have menudo and tripa on the menu which is always a good sign in my book. I’ll have to go back for the 7 Mares soup as it’s one of my favorite dishes but I didn’t have nearly enough room in my stomach to tackle all of that, especially with the house salsas they give out with chips when you sit. Both are very good but the green is excellent, so don’t sleep on that. Highly recommend

Food has been great every time we visited. Complimentary chips and salsa's upon arrival and a shot of tequilla at the end. Staff is polite and accommodating. Price and portions are excellent. Much better than other Mexican style restaurants in the area.

We stopped in here last night, thankful they were open later than 8:00. They immediately had chips and two delicious salsas with water at our table. The raspberry margarita was yummy, and the quesabirria tacos were to die for. The pork tacos were also delicious. Our server and the staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. The atmosphere was also so fun!

While the food is good and most oof the sts$ are nice, tonight was our last time dining there. We have a consistent group of 12 people who get together every Tuesday night for tacos. The challenge is that the owners REFUSE to split checks and are quite rude about it. While thisbis certainly there parogative, tonight will be our last Taco Tuesday. There are other Mexican restaurants in the area with similar food where customer service is top priority. It's been a fun year of Taco Tuesdays.
