Casa Sanchez, a Bailey eatery we've heard good things about, was where we had Saturday supper. The last time we were in this building it was occupied by The Smiling Pig, a BBQ joint that was okay. Funny, the decor is still the same!
The service and the food were exceptional. The roasted tomatillo and avocado salsas were nice variations from the norm. Our wings were breaded, fried well and drenched in a delicious red chile sauce with strong black pepper...

The food is good and consistent. Portions are large but our absolute favorite part is our server, Nikki! She is amazing. Her personality is so sweet and attentive. She's always gotten our order petfect, is so efficient and checks back with us to see how we're doing on drinks. She is a really wonderful asset to this restaurant and is 100% the reason we eat here.
