My wife really likes this place. I do too, but I've been disappointed by their Biscuits and Gravy more than once. The first time I ordered it, I got a biscuit and a half. The second time, just one biscuit cut in half. These also appear to be the little biscuits from a Pillsbury Doughboy can. And the gravy isn't anything to write about either. Everything else here is good and I'm extremely happy to be able to get a drink here with my breakfast/brunch. The service is great, even when they are busy (and this place was packed on the 4th). Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwich is recommended. Service is exceptional!

Gena the server had a great attitude 👍 and great customer service. I ordered a long Island ice tea and they sent an employee to the store to get whatever liquor they were out of. I'd say cutthroat is great place to come to eat and drink or just to BS. Over all great first visit

Wasn't busy but still hard to get a second cup of coffee.. I was a server in private and corporate restaurants and bars for almost 30 years so my standards are very high.. I've been here 3 times in 15 years (??) Definitely hometown dining and people but the tourists love the Cutthroat too.. Warm,Cozy and Homemade food.. DEFINITELY a MUST STOP AND EAT..

Homemade soup daily. Great food great staff fun atmosphere green chili is probably the best in colorado. Best restaurant to stop at from Conifer to South Park. Menu for dogs super cute I stop by everytime I'm in the area.

Greetings from Texas! I came here on my trip to Colorado with family. And this place was suggested to us by one of the locals. The food was all so tasty and comforting and really filled our bellys up. The chili was so amazing. Everyone working there was so kind. It was the perfect way to start our morning on our first day in Colorado. Please keep up the spirits and we hope to return some day.
