If you’re passing through the area and looking for some delicious food, stop here. The truffle potatoes were amazing, the tacos were delicious that I got two more chicken tacos. The spicy margarita was one of the best spicy margs I’ve had and you can’t beat the happy hour! The only negative I would say about the food is the fish taco was a sad small fish stick in a tortilla, otherwise the other tacos are great and I will come back when I’m in town again!

Very much a neighborhood place with families with kids and patrons with their dogs. Self seating but the waitress was super attentive. We had the hummus to start which was a generous portion. I had the fish tacos and my friend had a salad with beef. I had one of the beers and my friend had Tito's. Despite the crowd, and it filled up, everyone was pleasant and I didn't feel like I couldn't hear my friend.

Sooo good!!! So glad we stopped at this gem on the way back from the hot springs to aspen. It was the midway point and we wanted to check out a brewery. Win win. The food was delicious! Fries were great. I believe it is the sister restaurant to aspen tap as well. Love a beer flight to be able to try esp because we aren't really beer drinkers and just want to try the diff ones. Very filling and best pricing/ value of our trip. Good service. Very chill. They have a happy hour as well

Excellent!! I've been frequenting this brewery for years, and it is only getting better. The brews have always been good, you can look straight through the walls to see the fermentation tanks. And the food! Chef Hank really brings his passion for cuisine, and a commitment to excellence. Whether having just a snack or a multi course dining experience, I highly recommend visiting Capitol Creek Brewery.

love the restuarant but they seem to allow any dog to be considered a service dog and the dogs run the place. i did not enjoy eating my food with rovers all over the place and under my table
