Chicken picatta was bland and polenta was cold. Wild mushroom with pasta was served with probably the worst marsala sauce I've ever had. Caesar salad was meh. Buratta appetizer was meh. These roaring Fork Valley restaurants get away with murder charging high prices for mediocre food. It was also very noisy.

Tragically awful. We were “welcomed” by a host who gave us annoyed vibes. Our server was kind but not interested in providing a wonderful experience. He was not attentive and was not interested in hearing about why our dinner was virtually untouched. We ordered calamari and were served fish sticks. We ordered a margarita pizza and it tasted like a tasteless frozen pizza. We were cold and hungry and were hoping to have a relaxing meal and instead left frustrated, nauseated, and disappointed. If you’re in the area, seek a meal elsewhere.

Jessica was fantastic! Very attentive and friendly. The linguini was delicious and the gin raspberry cocktail was as well. Ask for balsamic for the appetizer bread :)

I’m Italian & make Bolonese frequently. Their idea of Bolognese is pathetic & they call themselves an Italian restaurant??

I came in for the homemade calamari and tomato soup. Very few restaurants make food that delicious from scratch. The service is best in the valley. Thank you Toto, Melissa, and Jose ! You're amazing.

Changing original review since the owner at least took the time to reply. Long story short I think we came on an off night, music was way too loud, and food just didn't hit the mark. Maybe it was an off day, would try again.

I recently dined at Mezzaluna, and it was a fantastic experience! The drinks were fun and delicious, and they have a very nice wine list. The pizza is out of this world! It's a great place for friends and families; we brought our kids, and they enjoyed every bite of their chicken fettuccine. We indulged in delicious pizza and pasta as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Restaurantji Recommends
We recently used Mezaluna Willits to prepare excellent appetizers for a private party of 50 people In Carbondale, Colorado. It was the perfect choice to take a burden off cooking. Quality of food was excellent. Multiple options to choose from. Would highly recommend to others for local catering. Easy communications with restaurant owner and staff.

Food was ok. Chicken parm was a little dry but pasta it came with was tasty. Tuna tartare was very delicious. Busy place and good atmosphere for sure.
