This place need some help. Slow slow slow. My drink order is never correct. They are always out of cups or something. Friendly staff but the food always comes out cold as well.

The workers are incredibly kind but it’s incredibly frustrating to never get a correct drink. Especially when drinks are already as expensive as they are. Even something as simple as getting sweet cream in my cold brew.

I was coming to this location for about 8 month now to buy myself a latte but today I was surprised by Leo, when she said I can’t get hot water unless I’m buying something… well… I was always buying something but since she made a big deal out of it I won’t be coming here from now, I treat her words as an offense and this is not the way a customer should be treated

I usually really enjoy this place, but I was given wrong information about an allergen here. I double checked if the egg bites were gluten free, and I was told by an employee that none of the food Starbucks served was gluten free including the egg bites. After leaving empty handed I did some research and realized, they are in fact gluten free. I guess it always better to be cautious when it comes to food allergies, but they should know what’s in their own food they sell.

I had an amazing cookie crumble frappe. I had great service from Amy. She was extremely nice and returned a back pack that I had left in there. Beautiful human!

We ordered our drink and it came out wrong so we went back up to the counter and offered to pay for a new one. The staff was kind and said that they would remake it for no extra cost but, after ten minutes of waiting and multiple people behind us getting their drinks before us it was obvious we weren’t getting our drink. We ended up leaving

I just want a pumpkin spice latte.
Is not the first time I came here for that and no problem, today was different.
I got the cup,didn't taste like pumpkin spice L.
So, I went back in, and I said it tasted only coffee , the barista who prepared it says I put 3 pump of the mix.
Still, nothing against him but for me is a regular latte.

Horrible experience at the drive through today. We ordered 2 drinks and got one, we tried to explain to the barista but she cut us off and brought an other one that was also wrong, we tried to explain what we wanted but she just shut the drive-trough window on us !!!! All the years going to Starbucks I have never seen anything like it !
