I just want a pumpkin spice latte. Is not the first time I came here for that and no problem, today was different. I got the cup,didn't taste like pumpkin spice L. So, I went back in, and I said it tasted only coffee , the barista who prepared it says I put 3 pump of the mix. Still, nothing against him but for me is a regular latte.

Horrible experience at the drive through today. We ordered 2 drinks and got one, we tried to explain to the barista but she cut us off and brought an other one that was also wrong, we tried to explain what we wanted but she just shut the drive-trough window on us !!!! All the years going to Starbucks I have never seen anything like it !

i would just love to say that everytime i go through the drive thru they always come out with the wrong drinks i hate to complain about it because they get mad obviously keep in mind that i come here a’lot either the people who makes the order is doing it wrong or its the people taking the order who cant listen to what im trying to say, i spend lots of money just to get something im obviously not gonna drink because it doesnt fit my taste, i would like to say this is the WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Never can leave the drive thru withought having the drink i asked for.

I usually like this Starbucks. But with the new iced lavender latte they don’t mix it like you are supposed to and it won’t hardly mix when your out and about and is just like a regular latte with powder stuck at the bottom. I work at a Starbucks and always stir it with the shots. And they also made us a regular latte instead of a lavender latte another time. It’s not a big deal it has just been bit annoying. I understand that you guys might have new people. But when you pay $7.00 for a drink it should be made right. I’m just posting this to let the workers know. I do understand that we make mistakes.

A regular ol’cup of coffee is hit and miss.Burnt tart flavor, something that generally reflects the coffee machine is not being cleaned regularly if at all.If you have a “large bill” they can not accept it. Of course after waiting a good 10 minutes in the drive through, but are more than happy to hold your burnt coffee/5$ flavored cup of ice while you go find change ?.
