Terrible customer service. Ordered a veggie wrap to go. What I received was a couple of pieces of lettuce, less than two slices of tomato, 1 cucumber slice in a wrap so thin I thought there wasn’t anything in the bag. Ordered extra peppers, received two… on the entire wrap. Returned to store to complain and was told too bad and handed a handful of peppers to add to my sandwich myself. Overall there wasn’t enough inside this wrap to make a small side salad. DON’T eat here. Support local restaurants instead.

My friends & I ordered 3 sandwiches. They were the worst sandwiches ever. The amount of turkey was probably 2 oz total from all 3 sandwiches. The bread was stale. Very unfortunate for the downfall of this restaurant. We are all locals and will not be back

Fernanda is so rude asked for a simple request of roasting the cheese and she just laughed and said no. Really pissed me off at one point I just wanted to say I don’t want the food anymore. She really knows how to ruin the taste of subway.

If there is a minus zero star mark then they deserve minus zero for customer service they mugging, and also cursing in Spanish and whole crew were laughing on my whole family because I know Spanish and they behave very weird , one lady on customer service was throwing our order in bag and manager also supporting her as well I don’t know why subway franchise not taking any action hopefully they will close soon

We got there on a weekday about 11:40am and there were a couple of people ahead of us and an online order. There were only three workers and it took longer than expected in line as service was slow. I think the register person was new or not trained well, as she could have been helping to bake more bread and cookies. We got the last three cookies and were told it would be 30 minutes for more cookies. A whole line of people came in after us, and they patiently waited in the very slow-moving line. They also were out of ice and the soda out of the dispenser wasn't cold. I ordered a veggie sandwich and it was carefully made, but could have used more veggies.

Food was fine. Snappy annd rude attitude was not needed from the workers. Slow and rude? Especially during a lunch rush? Yikes!
Lacking in customer service skills and probably the worst made subway sandwich I have ever had. Bread was very stale. Vegetables were mushy. Does this store need a new manager? If so, I’m in.

The food was fine, but the service was absolutely terrible! My whole family was so excited to eat subway on our way to Aspen, CO. We requested the lady multiple times to change her gloves and knife because we had an allergy to pork. She changed them, but then she tried to put bacon in our sandwich, and when we asked her for a new sandwich she made such a displeased and angry face, and started screaming at us saying she didn’t hear us tell her about our allergy. The girl started cussing at us in her own language, and they were taking about us while we ate and staring at us. They were very mean and horrible, do not recommend this place, go to another subway for better service and food.
