We live in the valley and stop at this subway all the time. My child asked for a little vinegar on her sandwich and they soaked the bread with it. She couldn’t eat the bread and so I offered to buy a new piece of bread for her 6in sandwich. I was expecting to pay a couple dollars but was charged for an entire sandwich. I am so disappointed in the poor service at this location.

Not sure what happened to this place… had to literally ask for “extra” everything otherwise the lady wouldn’t put a full serving of anything on it. Worst sandwich experience I’ve ever had here :(. We used to love coming here. Won’t be coming again because you don’t get what you pay for.

Stopped here on our way through town. The bread was stale and cut very sloppy; associate used a sprinkle of cheese (not a full serving) and was careless with dry tuna scoops, did not even attempt spread it. Then the next associate literally threw a sprinkle of lettuce and pickles onto the sandwich, very thoughtless and uneven. The worst sandwich/experience I've had at Subway and I've been eating it for over 10 years.

I hate the atmosphere, workers have 0 respect for you. Took her like 4 hours to under what type of bread I wanted she doesn’t even speak English. Most importantly she left the sandwich that she warmed up open until she finished wrapping the cold sandwich. Si my warm sandwich was now cold. Uhh disgusting service

I went in on the morning of October 1st and horrible customer service, both of the ladies making sandwiches got mad as soon as we walked in (the place was empty when we walked in) since they were already busy making a big order, then they took a while to get our order and I was not even pressuring them when they told me "hurry up because we don't have your time we are very busy right now" which I understand but that was very rude, then they didn't even take my order how I wanted because they were in such a hurry, making themselves take longer. I don't know why they hire people who don't know how to give the right service to clients, now I understand why that subway is so empty all the time. 0/10

I hadn't gone to eat there for 3 years, I had forgotten the terrible customer service that place provides, Maria is super rude. Three years later she is still rude, she threw the tray at me to eat there because she wrapped it in paper and I told her that it was to eat there, she didn't care and wrap it for to go, the man behind me told her the same thing and He threw the two green trays at us, sooo disgusted by the attention and MARIA the worst customer service I’ve had.

Their oven has never worked.If ordering online you get whatever bread they decide, and any special requests forget about it.
