My husband and I stopped by at 9:30 on a Saturday. Online and on the door, it says they closed at 10:00. We werenât planning to stay, but just wanted to grab icecream to go. As we were walking up to the door, the girl turned the closed sign and locked the door. We knocked and were completely ignored. The employees wouldnât make eye contact and were laughing about it behind the counter. So disappointed in this experience.

We only came in for 2 root beer floats. For $9 each, we got 2 small cups with a scoop of ice cream and a can of cheap root beer. Nothing special. And we were charged a 6% service fee on top of the tax. After asking about the service fee, the employee said it was to help pay their wages. What a rip-off! Save your money and go elsewhere. ?

Sundae's in Willits Is located on the corner just by Elements The kids love it and so do I I say get Starbucks in the morning Go skiing and have some ice cream at the end of the day . They wrap the ice cream in the toppings like cold stone Yum

UPDATE: Found out later they were âout of vanilla ice cream.â Just had trouble communicating this as the issue. And didnât seem willing to break out the vanilla in the freezer next to the counter. ##### So, the Carmel brownie does not include all of the ingredients posted? When asked, no explanation. Hmmm⊠so so place - not recommended.
