Couldn’t figure out the layout. Cashier didn’t give me proper change and was annoyed when I asked where the rest of my change was. Burger order was not correct and the patty was not fresh. Id get the same experience from Wendy’s. Most likely won’t recommend.

You're in for a treat at Sure Thing Burger. Top tier burgers paired with great, crispy crinkle cut fries. One of the better burgers I've had in recent memory. Clean environment and helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Wheres the beef? I had take out. Hamburger was small & dried out from overcooking it. I could have gotten a better hamburger at Wendy’s & cheaper too. French fries tasted as though the oil hadn’t been changed in awhile. I have eaten here before, I know the food can be better.(It would be great if you added breaded fried mushrooms to the menu.)

The place was clean. The food was average in my eyes. Service could have been better . The two girls working the cashier have better agendas than actually working. Texting on the line in guest view doesn’t look the best in the company.

Great place. Delicious fresh salad but please use freshly grated carrots (and assorted other grated veggies) rather than the pre-grated variety package.They taste musty/mildewy . A takeaway from an otherwise delicious salad.

The burgers are always consistently excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And you get free ice cream with your meal!

As always our food was hot, fresh and delicious. We absolutely love this place. What stands out is the genuine and exceptional service by the manager, Isaiah. Ive been in the valley for over 25 years and have both worked and eaten at a ton of establishments- and never have I met such a wonderful employee. These days everyone is in a hurry and not that friendly - so it was so refreshing to be treated kindly. My kids want to go back just to see him again. Hold onto him and give him a raise!

Stopped here on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I had the turkey burger, which was very good. At many places they can be bland, but this one was well seasoned, without being too spicy. Fries were good, not the best ever, but a good side. Knocking off one star because: the person who took our order seemed put out that she had to do some work (we were some of the first customers, but once you're open you should expect people to come in). And the prices are pretty steep--it is a resort area, and the burgers are good, but nearly $20 for a burger and fries, without a drink?
