Weird location and bare bones inside. Using main dining area as extra storage. They were out of over half of the flavors and we got there just after they opened. No sauces. Both empanadas I got were a little dry and I didn’t eat half of the pastry because of that. The filling tasted decent.I’d go back if I needed a quick and affordable snack but I’d hope they were a bit more fresh and offered more types.

What a perfect lunch after a bike ride. The empanadas were piping hot. We tried chicken beef, humita, and the ham and cheese. All was delicious!Vegetarian options: The humita has corn and onions. There was also a vegan option.

We got the cata vegan empanadas that they had and loved them so much we got a box of their frozen take away ones to have bake at home. When you go you’ve got to get the chimichurri sauce to go with the empanadas- it’s like a red wine / parsley emulsion that is fantastic for dipping. If they look to expand their plant based range a vegan humita would be awesome!Vegetarian options: Vegan cata empanada and vegetarian humita, caprese, and cheese and onion empanada options!Dietary restrictions: The vegan option was excellent!

Stopped by for breakfast. The ham, bacon and cheese empanada was primo. Nice girl working, too. Would recommend.

Went to the little takeout stand in downtown aspen. Pastry had a great texture. All three of the empanadas we tried were delicious (beef, corn and vegan), with the corn being our favorite. Also, very friendly.
Very good food. The dip they make is worth the extra $

Pretty darn good empanadas. The location is a bit strange, it was hidden in the back of a warehouse looking building. Don't let that discourage you because the food is great and right after you finish eating you can go right across the street and relax by the river. Overall great experience.

Tasty empanadas, you can order ahead if you want. They also offer coffee, although the machine was not cooperative the day I was there.Friendly staff, easy parking.
