Service is hit or miss based on staffing. It gets busy and dead and isn't staffed well when it's busy resulting in long waits. The food is very good! Lots of TVs for games/sports. Try the Butter Bourbon chix sandwich for sure!!!!

The service and food were great! Our server was incredible! Not just serving the drinks and food but went way beyond good customer service! I left my bag at the restaurant and Amy took the initiative and called several people until she got ahold of me. Amy gets a 10 star review in my book!

Worst spot in the valley! The Aspen location is great. This Basalt location is terrible!! There is a short haired woman server there and she is super rude, especially to locals. The staff is completely uneducated on valid forms of ID, as well as how to be nice to potential customers. I’ve been going to Zane’s for over 7 years, but now I will spread the word of how bad this location is, until it is closed and replaced with something better. 0 out of 10 avoid at all costs!

I’ve been coming to Zane’s for over two years now and was taken back by the disrespect I was treated with Sunday night. It’s a shame that their food seams to be getting worse and their customer service skills have left the building. I’ve never been met with such unwarranted disrespect from their bartender before. I use to really enjoy coming to this bar after a long days work. I’m sorry to say I will be taking my business else where from now on.
