Ordered sweet potato fries to go that were burnt to a crisp. Couldn't even eat them they were so crunchy and burnt. Had already left to head to my hotel before I realized so not worth going back. Disappointing they would even serve these. The bartender was super nice though.

We had such a great experience at Callahan’s Restaurant at the golf course in Parachute, CO. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the service is truly top-notch — friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed.
The food is absolutely delicious. Their burgers are seriously some of the best around — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
Whether you’re grabbing a bite after golfing or just looking for a great local spot to enjoy a meal, we highly recommend Callahan’s. We’ll definitely be back!

This review is for the cook and the girls who were running their rear ends off today. They were handling a pretty good crowd and didnt miss a beat! The chef even came out to check on us. The service was outstanding!!

My server Waylon was amazing. He is new but he has great mentors. It was his first day on the job and he will be amazing once he gets the hang of it. Will definitely be coming back.
