Tequilas Family Mexican Restaurant

We are locals here in Bayfield and eat at Tequilas at least twice a month. The staff here are so friendly and have become friends over the years. The food is amazing and the margaritas are to die for. They truly make you feel at home here.

Loved our server Alfredo! We came for my 23rd birthday and stopped here on the way to our destination. He recommended some good spots for us to see! The food was also good and came out fast.
3 stars because the manager was suspicious of our vertical ID despite also providing our passports as a second verification. And although we ordered alcoholic drinks, they came virgin….

I had the Carne Asada Faijitas, on 24 Oct 2025 at around 4p. I'm a regular and I have been going to this restaurant every Friday after work, for the past 15 weeks! I really enjoyed the food. The waiters are very friendly and polite. Now onto the food: My Taste buds rejoice whenever I sink my teeth into the their Carne Asada, I close my eyes and relish the wonderful taste, as well as the abundant aroma of fresh cooked food. I'm going back tonight after work. Thanks for reading this, may you have a similar experience with the restaurant as I have!

One of the few places where you can get Queso Blanco, love the Super Burrito and Shredded Beef Chalupas.

We go here often and or order to go’s. Owners are always friendly and welcoming, they always greet us and it’s always nice to see them!
We usually order Carne Asada or the Carne asada Fajitas, Dos Amigos, Molcajete just to name a few. Great variety for the whole family! Reasonably priced and also great Micheladas & Cantaritos!
They’re fried ice cream is good! Definitely recommend.

This place could not be better. Super friendly staff, prompt service and the most delicious food ever. We all enjoyed our food, which was the super burrito, the fish tacos, the Enchiladas Suizas and Creme Enchiladas.

I have eaten at Tequilas in several area towns many times over the years. I ordered the same shrimp dish I usually order but it was over-cooked and dry. The service was okay, but I had to request some items more than once. The wait staff and managers sang “happy birthday” to patrons at least four times which was fine but one woman had a snare drum that she beat so loudly each time that the entire restaurant had to plug their ears. When I complained after the fourth time, I was told that they “couldn’t do anything about it”. My smart watch registers high decibels and told me that the sound level was high enough to cause permanent damage to my hearing.

The tequila grilled chicken salad was really good. I even liked the steak in which I'm not much of a beef fan. It was so tender and had a good flavor.
