The restaurant was not full and seemed to have plenty of servers, yet we had to flag down the manager to order a second round of drinks. Our server would rush by our table and avoid eye contact. Food came out too quickly and our meal seemed rushed. Food ranged from very good to almost inedible. Table was not cleared during our meal so we ended up with used dishes all over our small table. A coat check would be nice so we didn't have to find a spot at the table for our winter coats. For the cost, we expected a much better experience. Beaver Creek has many excellent restaurants to choose from and this was our first and last time at the Charter Steakhouse.

Small venue but excellent food and service. Staff was friendly and filet was cooked perfectly.

The service and food were great. Both steaks were full of flavor and cooked perfectly, plus came with a vegetable on the side. Our table by the large windows gave us a wonderful view of the mountains, probably the best view around.

Hesitated to book a restaurant in a Hotel, and should have listened to my gut. All of the food was warm at best, not anywhere to close to hot. Considering we were one of two tables in the dining room, you would think the food would at least be hot. It was a monday night and we got the monday night crew I guess. Service was good, the wine list was resonably priced as were the entrees. Still not worth what we paid.

The place was nice and we loved the food. My only complaint would be that when we booked there were tables available at 8:30pm and 8:45pm. We booked at 8:30 and arrived on time. And as soon as we sat at the table the server told us we needed to order right away, since the kitchen closed in 15 minutes. Don't think anybody likes to feel rushed, especially since we had a reservation.

We ate here twice during a recent club ski trip. The food was excellent. The service was outstanding and enhanced an enjoyable meal.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've dined here. To be fair, it has improved in the food. Our steaks were much better cut of meat than last time and cooked to order. The service is still too slow and the ambience is lacking, especially for a supposed high-end steakhouse. They are charging premium prices for an average experience.

Worst steakhouse we have ever ate at! The ambience and staff are great, though the steak is very poor quality and inconsistent in size. Dinner with party of 5, ordered $75 Ribeye 16 oz as their signature cut, got something that resembled 12 oz, then nearly 1/3 was pure lard / fat. Flavor was also very bland and more of a boiled taste than charred. We also got 2 Skirt steaks that tasted like that had just been unfrozen and cooked, zero flavor. Last there seems to be a big discrepancy in wine pour size, our 2 glasses where a noticeable 1/2 what others seemed to be getting, maybe it was that we were from overseas. $380 later, a very disappointing experience. We shared our concerns with the server, her response was I will let the chef know. We left the restaurant not only hungry but bitterly let down.

Our server Carmen was excellent! Very attentive and helpful with our family. Can't wait to go back!

Staff was very nice. We had appetizers and drinks. Great bar space, especially for sports watching.

I would be very cautious about the raving reviews. Atmosphere was very nice. Our hostess and server were very nice. They were clearly short staffed which we can understand given seasonal spikes. 2 orders came out wrong cut of steak and 3 people insisted they were NY strip versus ribeye including the 2 guys who dropped them off. One ribeye was overcooked and cold but edible. The other ribeye was cooked properly but absolutely inedible. Total garbage with almost no meat to salvage. The “steakhouse experience” for $14 consisted of one piece of overcharred broccolini and a tiny amount of grits under the steak. So given this is over $100/plate all-in it was laughable. The manager took the 2 meals off the bill which I appreciated and replaced the one inedible piece of meat with a NY strip to go which I also appreciated. Unfortunately the NY strip was also horrendous quality when we got home. Literally impossible to cut. Just very poor quality meat and butchery. So if you go stick with the filet and hope for the best. Good luck.

Had a lovely family dinner here. Food was very good and everyone was pleased with their steaks in particular. Was pretty quiet on the night we went.

We love everything about the new Charter Steakhouse! I had the best filet ever! Also had the mussels appetizer and delicious raspberry sorbet. Great service, lovely atmosphere and the beautiful view made for a special evening.

What a spectacular dining experience! Our waitress, Carmen was so attentive to our children and other team members also engaged with them making them feel truly special. The food was amazing!! From the amazing kids burger (gluten free for my son) to the beet salad and of course the steaks, everything was perfection! We always appreciate going to Charter Steakhouse because they are attentive to food allergies. With two of us being celiac, it's incredibly important to us!
