The Charter Steakhouse never disappoints! My favorite is the petite filet and it was amazing as always. The broccolini and garlic herbed mashed potatoes were excellent as well.

We ate in bar area and bartender Josh was helpful in making selections from the menu. The mussels were outstanding and the Ceaser Salad was excellent. A small distance from the plaza . . . well worth the visit.

The filet was cooked perfectly, and the choice of compound butter was a nice touch. I appreciated the inclusive choice of veggie and starch - not the costly side dishes so common in steakhouses.

The Charter Smash Burger was the only item recommended on the bar dinner menu. That is what we and everyone else in the bar ordered. The Hamburger was good. Cooked the way we asked for it to be prepared. The French Fries were perfect. Hand cut. Thin & Crisp.

Food was excellent, service was great. Ambience is a little bit plain, and with only a few people in the restaurant who was kind of noisy. They need acoustical treatment in the bar area and probably in the dining room too.

Ribeye was tender, cooked to perfection. Truffle parm fries were crisp, and broccolini was soft/crunchy so also cooked just right. Beautiful view!

I think the food is decent and it caters for the people for the Chatter unit. I am not sure it is worth the walk or the trip. Service was very friendly.

We went for the simplified bar menu which they serve on Wednesday and Sunday evenings during the summer. We love the bar area here because of the gorgeous view and casual, friendly atmosphere. It's one of our favorite places in Beaver Creek. The new chef is amazing, and he's won awards in the valley at various festivals. Menu is fresh, creative, and delicious. In addition to cocktails, we had summer salads, and I had the steak street tacos while my husband had the highly-popular smash burger. Everything was tasty, and we spied a dessert at the next table we couldn't pass up. Our server confirmed we wouldn't be sorry, so we split the chocolate torte which came with large ice cream ball on top and raspberries/raspberry drizzle. Perfect way to end a great meal! We'll be back for the new dinner menu too!

Great service and food although limited to bar menu until July 3rd. Fish and chips were fabulous. The view is THE BEST in Beaver Creek!!

The Charter Steakhouse had an upbeat, lively vibe. We were greeted right away and brought to our table. Jordan was our server - very attentive and helpful. We decided on the French Onion Soup and the Burrata Beet Salad - they were excellent and nicely portioned. We shared the filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes, steak was perfectly cooked and the entire meal delicious! The wine list had a good variety of choices. Overall and really pleasant dining experience - will definitely be back!
Host at the door was a great representative of the restaurant. Went out of his way to make sure we got a table since there was a mistake in Open Table's scheduling. Waiter was great.

Food fabulous, wine great, our server was outstanding. My only complaint would be the multiple tables that had no control over there children. Not a reflection on the establishment but maybe a parent will actually read this and have an epiphany. 🙏🏼
