Amazing food. Great service from knowledgeable, professional team. All dishes and desserts were awesome.
VERY NICE restaurant! Staff was outstanding! Everyone who helped us from the person who seated us to the waiters to the servers, everyone was outstanding!! It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. I would highly recommend them for any and all special occasions.
Wonderful food and great setting!
Consistently excellent and new flavors introduced every time I visit . We had a wonderful dining experience and the prices are high , but not ridiculous like other places nearby. The soufflé dessert was just the right ending !
La expectativa era muy alta y la verdad se cumplio al 100. El lugar magico, el servicio sobresaliente y los alimentos para recordar y recomendar.
Excellent experience! The portions were big considering it's a French Michelin star restaurant! Everything tasted delicious and presentation was superb!
We have been coming yearly since Splendido opened. It has been our favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley hands down. We usually are quite pleased with the food and service, but this last time, Splendido was clearly off it's mark. The service was spotty with large laps of time between appetizers and main course. We only got one refill of our water glasses almost at the end of the meal, and we had to pour our own wine more than once. One of our guests ordered the venison which was luke warm at best, though she did say it was delicious. I ordered the chocolate souffle as usual, and I'm not sure what it was but it was not the souffle I remember. It was soupy (under cooked), and tasted partially burnt. We ate last week at Splendido's as well, and my daughter had the chocolate souffle, which was perfect. Two of my other guests had the lemon souffles this past night, which were better than the chocolate, but still appeared undercooked. At the end of the meal, Splendido always gives a small plate of sweets, or cookies, but last night, nothing was presented but the bill. Hopefully this was a one time issue, because I would hate to think that Splendido's is becoming an average restaurant.
Absolutely fantastic. Service was impeccable. Sommelier assistance was excellent. Food was perfect.
Dry nice upscale restaurant. Wonderful service. Nice drinks. Food was elegant and delicious. Would go again.
Splendido has been a hallmark of many family family memories through many years—from birthday celebrations to holiday dinners! Always an amazing experience!

We will return. We are foodies and love great food with excellent service, wine list and atmosphere a huge bonus. We haven't had a dinner like this in 6 months. Our waiter from Bulgaria (Oggi) was the perfect combination of attentive and informative without being intrusive. Food was excellent. If you are looking for a delicious dinner with terrific service and a great bottle of wine this is your place. Book early!
Incredible every time! Food is over the top delicious and service is second to none.. amazing staff.
Splendido is dated. It was stellar choice years ago. The restaurant needs a refresh. The maitre’d couldn’t identify ingredients in a dish. 2 of 4 dishes served Luke warm and a very pretentious experience. There are way better choices in Beaver Creek, Avon and especially Edwards! Not worth the money!

I want to thank the chefs, servers, and hosts at Splendido for the lovely birthday dinner.
For my first course, my steak tartare was delicious and paired well with the potato baked pavé. I also tasted my family's appetizers, which were also amazing. The foie gras was especially excellent.
For my main course, my rack of lamb was perfectly fatty and a was a satisfactorily hearty size.
I only wish we were made aware of the time sensitive soufflé desserts before the end of dinner, as that sounded delicious.
The restaurant is beautiful, with even more beautiful views. The dining room was quiet and felt intimate even with other diners next to us at the other tables. As the evening progressed, it did seem that the servers were a bit stretched thin. Nevertheless, our server Jared was professional and described all the food with vivid details.
Again, thank you to the chefs and waitstaff for the excellent meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are immediate stairs going up to the restaurant at the valet entrance. I couldn't immediately see where the wheelchair access is, but I'm sure the valet can direct you to wherever it is. Then there are stairs going down to the restaurant, but again, the host can show you to the elevator.
