VERY NICE restaurant! Staff was outstanding! Everyone who helped us from the person who seated us to the waiters to the servers, everyone was outstanding!! It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. I would highly recommend them for any and all special occasions.
Consistently excellent and new flavors introduced every time I visit . We had a wonderful dining experience and the prices are high , but not ridiculous like other places nearby. The soufflé dessert was just the right ending !
We have been coming yearly since Splendido opened. It has been our favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley hands down. We usually are quite pleased with the food and service, but this last time, Splendido was clearly off it's mark. The service was spotty with large laps of time between appetizers and main course. We only got one refill of our water glasses almost at the end of the meal, and we had to pour our own wine more than once. One of our guests ordered the venison which...
