⭐️ 1 star | Terrible customer service

At Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co., a matcha latte was handed to us without a lid and spilled when my 17-year-old tried to put it on.
Despite this being their mistake, we were denied a refill and forced to pay again. I ended up paying $35 for 4 matcha lattes.
Zero empathy, zero accountability. Completely unacceptable.

I saw the lady preparing espresso shots drop the tamper on the floor. She brushed it off with her finger tips and then tampered the next shot. Gross.

$15 for coffee and and food is actually not bad considering these are resort prices.

Ordered a ham, cheese, and “crispy” bacon empanada and it was neither an empanada nor had crispy bacon. For $9 I was expecting something a bit edible. I know this is Vail so everything is so expensive, but even for Vail, this is unacceptable.

This a great little coffee shop located in Beaver Creek Village. Probably the best spot in the village to relax at for some morning time caffeine!

I’ve had this coffee threes times and it has tasted like sh*t each time. I think they repackage Folgers.

Bad coffee, rude kid behind the counter with no skills or knowledge but nasty attitude. Big misfit for Beaver Creek resort.

I had high hopes for this place, but it was disappointing. The coffee had a burnt taste, which could be due to the machine—but as a café that specializes in coffee, they should check the product before serving it. The milk was overheated, ruining the smooth texture.

The service wasn’t great either. The barista was clearly on a phone call, wearing headphones and gossiping, which made it obvious she wasn’t paying much attention to her work. For $7.17 USD, I expected much better. Not worth it.
