It seems that this place is under new management and actually has employees that are friendly and helpful. I had stop going to this Carl's Jr. because service use to be sooo bad. Not only bad service but wrong orders. Now things have drastically changed. I am so happy about these changes. The friendliness, great food and amazing service, makes you look forward to the next time. I really appreciate the changes made. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I definitely recommend this place.

I don’t give reviews to fast food usually. But the young guy who was working the register was way nicer than anyone I’ve seen at a Carl’s Jr. he was really polite and respectful. He is gonna be a manager soon I am sure. Make sure to keep him here!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was hands-down The worst I have ever eaten. I took one bite and it was gristly And it tasted like it was raw. I kept feeling the inside It just had not been cooked. But sadly, it had. I will not order one of those ever again.

I have never encountered such slow service at a Carl’s Jr before. First, we had to wait several minutes at the drive thru speaker before she even came back to take our order, and then we waited over 7 minutes at the window after we paid for our order. Not once were we told what the delay was or even asked if we were willing to wait. Btw, the restaurant was not busy, so it wasn’t waiting on other customers that took so long.

It's shockingly great. I couldn't believe how big and good the Texas burger was. I had to wait to get my food as they make it fresh and the guy who gave us our food was awesome. Made a joke about how much we ordered. Super nice and a great smile. All for of us ordered different items and everything was great

Place needs to have a Rehaul on their staff Took more than 20 minutes just to get my order in mind you this is in the drive thru and when you tell them you are unhappy about the length of time they took they just said sorry and shut the window and its like this every day pretty much
