I have been coming to this truck since she opened out here. I literally come almost every week.

Stopped by for lunch today, and had a great experience, the tacos were amazing, nice and fresh! Definitely will be going back!

La Unica Birria de Res 2 is a little food truck with food that looks like it came from a professional kitchen. The food is perfect, hot, and fresh. Portions are perfect and the bill is worth every dime. The Libra de Birria comes with 1.5lbs of meat and all the fixings. The burriaqueso tacos, carna asada burrito, and quesdilla are awesome. Fresh cilantro and onion are served on the side. The service is very polite, with smiles and information. It is highly recommended.
