Not sure what everyone is crying about regarding the AI ordering. It worked perfectly for us and we had no issues. Speak clearly and in English and it worked great. I even mentioned to my husband I was surprised at how well it worked. Aside from that, I wanted to come on here and give them a 5 star review. Every time we come here the employees are friendly, our food is always super fresh and it is really tasty. All you nasty unhappy nags just need to stay home.
What the heck is this stupid AI taking orders in the drive-thru? That turned me off to Carls Jr. Service from the employee was fine, no personality, but did their job. Food was fine too.
