Super bad customer service. A teenager with headphones on, taking my order from 6ft away while swiping not paying attention to what I’m asking/saying. Not even eye contact to at least let me know she’s listening..

Dirty, and flies everywhere should've been my first clue. Needed something quick, stopped in there for a quick bite. Asked for 2 of their 2 sandwiches for 10 bucks specials. Took the dude like 10 minutes to ring up, also told us reluctantly that he'd have to make it... like yes? Obviously? I asked how long, said 5 minutes. Awesome! Kid was literally dragging his feet and seemed to be having an attitude with his manager back and forth. Fine. Just want my food and get back on the road. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Finally get my food. Its cold. Currently sitting on my dash as a waste of money in fear of getting food poisoning from cold chicken. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of money and now I'm pissed with 10 hours left to drive. Thanks!!

Their food is absolutely disgusting. It is way way over cooked like really burnt and the wedges taste like they haven’t been changed out all day. The mashed potatoes were not cooked properly at all. The chicken was probably the better item. The biscuits were so burnt from being fried instead of baked. They didn’t even look edible and the worker was not willing to make fresh biscuits. I was not willing to sit there and argue because I tend to explode. So we just ate some of chicken and threw away the rest of the food and went to McDonald’s. $23.00 down the drain. I definitely would not recommend this place and I do hope corporate sees this. Food not being properly cooked or changed out throughout the day is a health and safety hazard!

It's 9 pm and was told they were closed yet the online saying your open till 10 pm. I came back in and asked why they closed early they said they short staff yet there not busy and I can hear people talking In the back just seem they just wanted to go home early

Came in to order at 7:20pm because there website says open until 10pm, but lady told me she was closing 2 hours early because she was alone. I het it but whats the deal?

Meh. The tenders and wedges were very bland. No seasonings. This is my first time at a Chester’s so no sure if that’s normal or not. But it wasn’t good. The staff were great. Very friendly and it was clean.

Went in for food at 2020 local time. They were cleaning up to close! Asked the very young female worker why.. she barely whispered, had to ask her to speak up several times..She said "this is how we normally do things. Make a last cooking, then once the food is gone, clean up and go home"SERIOUSLY CHESTER'S!?!?Either step up, or step out to make room for someone else!This location is BUSY nearly 24 hours per day.

Anytime I ask for an order of gizzards on second shift the guy (Noah) tells me they out. Look if you don’t want to cook just say so. During day time the staff is friendly and always cooks me the perfect juicy gizzards.

The chicken sandwiches we got were the last two available. We took them back to our hotel room, the bun was soggy, and the chicken was dry from setting to long. Not good.
I'd never go out of my way for a place like this. But on the occasion that I'm at this exact spot, I'm coming here every time.

I usually wouldn't leave five stars for a place like this, but I just don't understand why this place has 2.7 stars when every single Taco Bell or KFC that you can find will have at least 4.It's not great, but it's pretty good for cheap chicken. Plus, they have stuff here that it's really hard to find anywhere else.
