The kiosk ordering system is not customer friendly. The next time I enter a place with only kiosk ordering, I plan to leave and go elsewhere.

They take too long Decatur, to drive through If you go in in order you will be waiting forever and they get your order wrong on top of it. Worst McDonald's ever.

What an awful McDonald's to order food from. Ordered for my family and they screwed up half my order. Shorted me a happy meal, double cheeseburger, made my regular cheeseburger plain when I ordered it normal and on top of that I ordered the spicy crispy meal with bacon and instead they made it a deluxe with with no bacon and of course charged me for the bacon. They didn't give me any honey with the nuggets when I specifically asked for that when I ordered. When I asked for the honey I was met with a rude eye roll from the employee. What a garbage establishment that apparently just doesn't listen and throws whatever in the bag. Had to put one star but honestly it deserves more like a negative 5 rating. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost

Used mobile app and entire order was wrong. Poor quality check especially considering it was not busy. Don't push the app if staff can't figure it out.

Horrible experience tonight. Was asked to park and wait for my food. As time is passing an employee comes out, confused on what my order is. Then hands me a complimentary card saying their grill is messed up. Few more minutes go by same employee comes out AGAIN confused what my order was. And a 3rd time she comes to me saying it'll be right out. So.... reaching 20min outside. I decided to go in and ask WHY I have been waiting for over 20min for my food. Manager was extremely apologetic. But I waited few more minutes inside as well. This was the worst experience I've had at ANY McDonald's. UPDATE: after receiving my food. That I bought was correct. Turned out they gave me wrong sandwiche. Very frustrated. By the time I got correct sandwich. My fries were COLD

If the burgers get any smaller there will be nothing left. Servings are smaller while the prices get higher

I had to wait at the speaker for 3 to 5 minutes then when I got to the windows told to wait again. I had a 10 piece nugget. When they brought it to me the fries were luke warm. The nuggets were fresh at least. It is a Friday night you shouldn't be having cars waiting for no reason only to be served cold food this location is the worse and this is the last time I stop here I'll just wait till I get to town for now on. This isn't the 1st time service was poor

Love the fact that you don't have to talk to anybody if you want to make an order it's all there in four simple kiosks and the selection of adding or minusing we initial condiments is remarkable easy to use for a 45 year old or a 12 year old and I'm guessing t..he age range it's recommended for sure

Well, I normally only do good reviews. But, I’ve been stuck here at this truckstop for two days now. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s each day. Receiving cold french fries. Having a clean my own table. Luckily, I carry a little thing of rubbing alcohol with me.
