It was three in the morning, end of my 650 mile work day I was tired, too tired to heat up something. So I walked into the McDonald's expectations of total disappointment. Fries are always slightly under cooked no matter where you go, my co-driver husband's burger had a bit too much ketchup dripping from the sides of his burger 🍔, but mine was perfect. No ketchup, alotta extra onions and pickles, more then a drop of mustard, and the meat looked like meat and cooked like it should be. Thanks McDonald staff. Your great. The manager did a great job highering you.

Food was mid and the workers literally cut you off when your ordering if you don’t like your job maybe quit and find a new one I wasn’t done ordering and the two afternoon lady’s cut me off and I got no receipt .

Refering to McDonald's in Bennett, Colorado. The meat was cold and the bread was hard, which was my same experience with the lack of good customer service. I am all for progress, but I really hate the idea that I have to order my own food from a kiosk and I still get bad service.
I'm not a paid employee, but I have to do their job because businesses are down sizing their staffing numbers by eliminating their cashiers.
What's worse is that this review will not change anything here!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. You never get fresh fries! They are always out of ketchup or Ranch. They always give you coke when that not what you order. It’s just your typical crappy fast food.

We ordered tonight inside for a to go order. When we got home we discovered we got a big Mac instead of the chicken nuggets we ordered. Unfortunately we don't live in Bennett so we weren't able to go back to fix the mistake. This location frequently mixes up orders. They also prioritize the drive thru orders while those inside are left with extended waits for their orders.

I live local to this restaurant and if you go through the drive-thru you always have to check your bag because usually the order is wrong. Or it's missing something.
