Very shitty customer service, The lady taking my order, couldn’t understand me got my order wrong. I kept repeating it and she still didn’t get me the right order. I asked for two Coney dogs and extra real cherries in my drink but instead was given two cheeseburgers made me waste gas to go back and when I Got what I actually ordered The hot dog look like trash, just seem like they were in a rush

I sat in front of 2 cars in the drive thru they ordered and pulled up then both cars left as I sat in the drive thru. For 20 GODDAM MINUTES!!! I pulled around and asked what was wrong with the drive thru and he said there's nobody there, I replied there were three cars behind me but they left because they aren't waiting anymore! Avoid this place!

For a $6 foot long chili hot dog, this place sucks. I rather go across the street and buy food at king Soopers or Taco Bell instead. Definitely not worth the price. I didn’t notice it until I got home and since I was hungry, not much of a choice at that point. Very disappointing and unsatisfying feeling. It is what it is… :/
This place is horrible, it took 30 mins to get a burger and a coney dog with no chili or cheese on it and i paid for extra cheese, service was horrible the person was not friendly at all, i get people have bad days and it's fine but when my dog looked like it was mad earlier in the day there's a problem to expensive for crap food. You all are going to make people sick

Most of the screens are broken and show Windows 7 BSODs. I used to go here for lunch pretty often, but today I got mild food poisoning from (I think) the coffee? Never going back. It tasted like the milk had gone bad. Told staff and was given a free drink replacement at least.

This establishment needs to tell every single employee every day for a week that their garlic butter bacon burger is always supposed to have TWO cheese slices!!! It is the most amazing burger and definitely decadent, but it is not the same when it gets made incorrectly every time, whether it be accidental without the mayo or that second slice of cheese!!!! This must be bad training! Which is a shame because that burger is sooooo gooood when made correctly. At this point it's my fault for not checking but cmon ! I love sonic so much and especially when it's fresh oh my gosh so please don't leave me hanging this location!!
