The people here have always been super nice!
Sooooooooooo got ripped off. I clearly ordered a large on my mobile order and the two girls including the manager told me that they charged 3.50 more for the large but only gave me a small drink. I don't understand the logic to this but this subway acts like they can get away with everything and I am so tired of it. It's not that hard to work for Subway so why is it that they hire these uneducated managers? Sadly, they don't care. But next, I'm asking for a full refund. Also, she was very rude and argumentative. She might need an attitude adjustment and some customer service skills if you want her to work in your store subway. I'm so irritated that I just had to share this experience because it's still insane they want to charge you a large but give you small drink.
CRAZY TIMES WE ARE IN. $35 for two ft. long subs. No chips. No drink. No cookie. 👎 The sandwich was good. It's also sad that we are forced to get the wet rotisserie chicken that soggies up the bread in seconds vs the stripped chicken that used to come on the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Unless we of course up charge for it. Had I done that my meal would have been over $40 when Buffalo Wild Wings sit in meal cost 20-30$ Yikes Subway.
They never answer their phone. Recently lost my wallet. I live over in Wiggins and thought I might’ve left it in the subway, but they do not answer their phone so I’m going to have to drive all the way to Bennett from Wiggins, which is about a 45 minute drive to see if I have that wallet
If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time the staff is horrible. I usually take the time to go to Strasburg for better service but I was in a hurry. If I live in Bennett I should be able to go to the Bennett subway. Anyway there was a soccer team before me and I politely stood in line. I understand that the girls could be frazzled but what they did is rude and wrong. The poorest customer service every single time. Ordered 3 foot long sandwiches to go. Asked the girls if they could mark the sandwiches so we wouldn’t have to play a guessing game. Thinking it’s funny or something they marked all sandwiches with salami. Only 1 sandwich was a spicy Italian. The other 2 were cold cuts, one with extra meat. If I was the owner of this franchise I would fire the girl who did this. We didn’t think it was funny while we were trying to figure out our sandwiches in the car.

We were the only people in the store. We stood in the order area 3 minutes waiting for the two young ladies to even acknowledge we were there. When I got their attention I said as a person who has worked in service industry for 40 years - that to acknowledge your customers is key. Thru just gave my husband and I an uncaring smile that said- we don’t care if you leave. So we did- they never said a word. The grocery sent door had great deli sandwiches at less than half the price. Plus they we friendly

I had an online order and both of my sandwiches had zero lettuce when they were supposed to have extra, this is NOT the first time this location has messed up an online order- if they were out I should have been notified but they try to just slide it by and this has happened many times.

Just went in to get my family sandwiches for dinner… my kids sandwiches are absolutely messy and completely falling apart. My sandwich is completely falling apart (lettuce meat, cheese, onions) not stacked with veggies shouldn’t be falling apart. I asked for mustard and mayo. I get home and realize she put honey mustard on my sandwich and no mayo! Save yourself the headache and drive to the Strasburg location for a great sandwich. My fault for being lazy and going to the one in Bennett. Never again.

It makes me sad that they don't make the sandwiches anywhere near the right way anymore. These kids have zero clue what they're doing and no interest in any kind of customer service.

Every single time we come to this subway to pick up our order the order is wrong. There’s always something missing in our sandwich, usually something we had to pay extra for. Other times we get random ingredients in our sandwiches that shouldn’t be there. Sandwiches are thrown together and a complete mess, making them incredibly difficult to eat, and 9 times out of 10 the staff are clearly inconvenienced anytime a customer walks in.
