I’ve been to Brick Oven Pizza in Berthoud three times now, and somehow every visit has been better than the last! The pizza is fantastic, and their BOGO deals make it an even better value. The blueberry dessert pizza is absolutely amazing and honestly worth coming back for on its own! We recommend Brick Oven Pizza. We were pleasantly surprised by the crust, which was much lighter than we anticipated. The cheese was a standout—delicious and not overly heavy. It was a fantastic experience overall. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to use fresh whole basil leaves on top rather than the dried basil seasoning flakes, which would really elevate the flavors.
