While the atmosphere and service were great at this particular Subway, we were extremely disappointed in the sandwich itself, notably the bread: it was hard, crusty, chewy, and tasted like it was days old. In our opinion, the bread is what makes the sandwich. We won't be back to any Subway until they can fix the stale bread issue. This was not an isolated incident as the Subway near King Soopers on Eagle Drive in Loveland, CO was just as horrible. Subway, you need to bring back the fresh-baked bread, or your franchise is going to fail from lack of business.

Things have been pretty inconsistent at this Subway in my experience (there seems to be a lot of turnover in employees), but I went today and they made me a perfect sandwich with very friendly service!

I've lived in Berthoud for pretty much my whole life and this Subway has been here for as long as I can remember. Always have good food here, and always friendly people. The place is kept clean, and the ingredients are fresh.

I put in a pickup order to be ready at 7:15 PM on a Saturday (the restaurant should have been open until 9:30 PM)….but when I arrived at 7:20, there was a note on the door saying they closed at 7 PM. There was no call or any sort of notification ahead of time to let me know of this early closing. To top things off I could see my sandwiches were sitting on the pickup shelf inside the store. Very incompetent/unprofessional staff.

Waited 10minutes while he slowly makes ONE sandwich before me, I get to the counter and am told you'll have to wait a few, and he walks away....as did I. By the way, the meats were pre-cut, not freshly sliced in front of you like they

I have ordered 3 subs from this subway, each time they were made incorrectly with the cheesy bread instead of the plain italian bread. No one answers the phone when I try to call about it, I'm pretty sure their phones aren't even connected. Do not order from thia subway. There are better ones in the area that might actually make your sandwhich correctly.
