Went here for breakfast on our first day in Blackhawk and the coffee tasted funny. Wasn’t very good. But the chicken fried stake is very good and the potatoes also. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get food for 5 people. But when it was time to pay it took longer to get out checks separated than to get our food because the guy brought our ticket out all together when we told him at the beginning we were separate tickets. Then we had 25$ off and gave him our Caesar’s rewards card for the 25$ off and he took it to 100% off only at the cost of ALL of our rewards points.

This resturant is no longer a buffet there is long wait times and as we tried to go there yesterday the host or wait staff lady was very rude didn't say hello just approached us angry and blurted out there is a waitlist. Very few customers were in this resturant so I'm not sure if they are just understaffed or I felt they just didn't want to with there and put there effort into more than a few tables

The food was to be expected from a casino. Perfectly adequate but asked to put on the NFL playoff game so I could watch how my bet played out. Manager would not turn channel and even claimed game was on Amazon. Apparently watching a man bleed to death on network TV is what he thinks his customers want.

Ordered Caesar salads with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked but not grilled and cold. Sent the chicken back and just didn't want to be charged the extra for the "grilled" chicken. So while i was writing the first part, the "manager" literally just came by and escalated the issue by arguing about the grilled chicken. We said it wasn't grilled just cooked chicken. She said, "I'm the manager so I know what grilled chicken looks like." We repeated the chicken was not grilled, as it was white as snow, and just didn't want to charge for it. She then acted like I just insulted her and said "okay well you don't have to get an attitude." When she walked away, I returned to talking to my husband and she had the nerve to turn around and rudely insert herself by saying "what was that?" As if I was talking to her, I responded by saying "I'm not talking to you, bye-bye."The server was great though. Super helpful and tried to fix things. I don't know why the manager had to make an issue when we didn't eat the chicken and sent it back. The manager's name was Kimberly as she never introduced herself.

Terrible! We had doubts to begin with so we ordered breakfast and a sandwich, two things that are very hard to get wrong. Eggs tasted like old crab meat, fries tasted like old fryer oil. Toast was burnt with no butter. I'm gonna be mad if I get sick. Our waiter was trying to hurry at least. But they brought the breakfast plate out and then I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich. I won't be back. Ever.

The service was outstanding. I had the fish taco's and they were good. The sweetened ice tea, not so much. But then again, I live in NC, and we sweeten our tea with sugar. Overall, a great visit.

Tables are way too close, nothing like having someone’s private area in your face while they are trying to get their table. Food took to long to get to our table and it wasn’t worth the $$$

We counted 4 tables that were seated during our visit. Our 2 meals were delivered 10 minutes separate from each other. We stood at the entry to be seated and employees looked at us but no one came for 3 minutes even though we were the only ones in line and they only had 4 tables seated. Waiter only came to deliver food and check and never refills. Terrible place.

We had lunch here to take a break from gambling. The food was pricy and the salad I ordered came with very old berries. I had to request the chicken for my salad after it came out. Mind you the word chicken is the second ingredient in the menu items name. The staff takes long breaks, disappears and treats you like you are an inconvenience in their day. We used to come here when it was Isle of Capri. Needless to say we won’t be back.

We ate here 3 times. Brussels sprout appetizer was a favorite. Crispy and hot with bacon. Prime rib came out hot and exactly how I ordered it. We had good service every time

Rude rude rude. The hostess is just plain mean. Ridiculously slow service. We walked out after no one took our order.

What a disappointment. We used to come here when it was a buffet now the food is not good,it taste like frozen food my shrimp was undercooked, the coffee taste bad the rice was old and chewy , some many bad things together

Josefine was our waitress and was very nice, the poor girl was waiting tables, cooking and doing all basic work. The food 2 omelets were very small 2 egg at best, the farmers omelet had no cheese and the tomatoes were turning sour. Potatoes were cold, toast cold as well. No spoon to stir your coffee. Just a very sad experience. As a former casino chef and now restaurant owner I would start over from scratch

Overpriced, the coffee was bitter and too strong. the food looked like frozen food, tasted old and tasteless. Don’t waste your money.

Great spot for breakfast on the Isle Casino floor. They have a mini-buffet of breakfast basics: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, green chili, biscuits & gravy etc. If you are hangry, this is the easiest way to go, walk in and serve yourself. If you have a little more patience, order off the menu. It's a small menu, they don't overwhelm you with options. The Brioche French Toast and Biscuits & Gravy were gorgeous. The gravy had big chunks of sausage in it, unlike the gravy on the buffet. The biscuits weren't dry, they were just a bit on the chewy side, which was wonderful. The French Toast had lots of fresh fruit and whipped cream on top. We went pretty early in the morning, around 8am. There were only a few other tables occupied and zero wait to get seated. If you are going to hang out in the casino after your meal, you can get a refill and take your beverage with you.
