Worst customer service from one older women and one younger female. Older one is worst. Drinks are so blend. Nothing like Starbucks at any other locations. Better to make ur own coffee at the room. Threw away my drink.

The older lady that works here all the time is extremely rude and makes mistakes and wont even apologize. She made coffee smaller size at first and hot coffee instead of ice coffee. For the Americano, she must have forgot to put coffee beans. Just half and half and sugar. I always get Americano at Starbucks and this was first time this happened. My Hubby went back and told her that we can barely taste any coffee ( you can see from the color too. Looks like milk and sugar) and she stared at him like he is the weird one and said she will add coffee shot in a rude behavior instead of remaking it. After adding coffee shot, it was way too strong n taste nothing like Americano. Just had to throw away and give up. What a terrible service. She was always rude everytime we went there. All other staffs are ok. Just the oldest looking lady there is really rude.
My sandwich was cold in the middle and my drink wasn’t made correctly. Staff avoided looking at me when I came back to see if they could remake my coffee, they were very rude but agreed to make it again…and somehow it came out worse than the first drink. I finally gave up and just threw it away.
High prices but food and drinks are always good .

It doesn’t surprise me to see the horrible reviews this location gets. The manager Raymond is extremely rude and seems to contribute to the problems with the place. It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to work for him and after interacting with him, I can see why. Very sad.

Seems to take a long time to get drinks inside. I have been in the drive thru several times before and it was always quick.

Lady did not even know how to plug a receipt terminal in to reset it and was getting frustrated. She was very rude to me and my Mom, believe her name was Sara. She didn't even know how to make a simple caramel coffee.

This location is a disaster. Twice Ive been here and twice they were out of the sandwich I wanted. My third visit I go there 10 min after opening and the opener is not setup and claims there’s no register, no coffee, conclusively not ready to open. There’s clearly a problem with mgmnt not adequately stocking their store when their stock runs by noon. This is actually a problem with many Starbucks but seems always true with this one. Location needs an audit by corporate. I expect many improvements can be made.

Black Hawk, CO Horseshoe Casino- these girls need better training and attitudes. Between making drinks and not making them correctly as advertised, talking to each other and gossiping as we were waiting to order at the register, rolling their eyes when I asked for a latte, not putting egg white bites on a tray and just throwing them in a bag, and not accepting Starbucks rewards, it was a complete disappointment. Will not EVER go here again.
Terrible employee, Daniel. Rude and told me to learn how to order the right item. I am 75 and said vanilla frapachino and he gave me a hot cappuccino. Problem is I Hate coffee and never would have ordered that. He just kept badgering me in front of customers. Terrible.
I would give this a 0 star if it was an option. Rude and poor customer service. I have never been to a Starbucks where the employees hated their jobs so badly. I would not recommend this place. The lady name is Michelle really rude…
