I mean this first part in the least rudest way possible, the bigger white girl taking orders is very rude. I’ve worked in fast food, retail, and now I’m in property management. So i truly understand when you’re having a bad day and how hard it is to be nice/ be friendly. But i got there yesterday on 12/6 and she was rude. I didn’t think much of it but today on 12/7 i went back. I told her hi was super nice. She said “what can i get you”, I said “ I don’t drink coffee, my boyfriend likes a lot of sugar and creamer.” Hoping she would help me get a good fit for that. All she had to say was “ yeah, I like sugar and creamer too. What can I get you?” I was very taken back by that because she was already rude yesterday but not nearly as bad as she was today. Maybe someone needs to check her or she should look else where for a job. Everything else was great none the less

Place is always slow and it's because they don't staff it enough. Usually one, maybe two workers constantly in the weeds. Today they didn't have any breakfast sandwiches available because an order apparently wasn't placed. Not on fault of workers, but an indication of poor management.

Please send help for your one lone barista. He's buried in app orders and is calling for help on the radio and not getting a response. He was very nice once we finally got to order. But wow, if you are going to do app and counter orders, staff more people.

The male associate (or manager) working here was super nice and helpful however the other associate seemed like they were afraid to even acknowledge a customer. My drink was made wrong and when I let then know, the quiet associate who made it didn’t even look up to acknowledge it, they then proceeded to slow motion pour it out as if we kind of ruined her day or were mean. The other manager or associate jumped in and helped (very friendly) remade my drink but still gave me a drink that looked extremely incorrect. I have never had a white “caramel frappe” with no caramel. I would post a pic if I could just to prove I’m not crazy. I thought it was a white mocha frappe. This location needs more training support so all associates know the recipes and feel extra confident even when mistakes are made. Again, no one was unfriendly however the drink recipes need help.

Jo At Starbucks works her ass off and deserves a race. She’s always attentive and very respectful. She’s usually the only one working on some of the busiest days I’ve seen please bring her some help and pay her more money. It’s an enjoyable experience every time I see her.
